Søndervig is a beautiful vacation resort that is very lively in the summer, while in the winter ehe quiet. Hvide Sande is an old fishing village, where many still live from fishing. Especially in the summer there is always something going on in the harbor, but the town never really goes to sleep. If you are missing something for your dinner or the grill, then you will find freshly caught fish and shellfish in the fish stores here.



You can try your luck yourself with fishing rod in hand in one of the many fishing lakes, or play on the well-established golf course just a few minutes drive from the house, or simply explore the many kilometers of marked trails by bike or on foot. The North Sea is an experience in any weather, especially the long beaches that will seem endless to you in both northern and southern directions. Ringkøbing Fjord is also worth a visit, whether on foot, by bike or even surfboard. Walk across Baggers Dæmning and get very close to the fjord - a great excursion in the middle of the West Jutland nature.
