It has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room (additional bed), sep.  Eat-in kitchen with dining area, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 storage room and a large terrace.   The apartment is equiped with underfloor heating, automatic external blinds, Internet connection and much more. Pets are not allowed.

Wohnung und Lage

Die Lage war super, viele tolle Sachen zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Umgebung der Wohnung hat noch Luft nach oben, nicht sehr hübsch. Die Größe der Wohnung war top, für eine vierköpfige Familie, alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, dreckige Besteckschubladen, verdreckter Fliesenspiegel in der Küche und in den Ecken lag der Staub. Das Badezimmer war aber sauber! Die Dachterrasse war auch ausreichend, allerdings ein sehr marodes Geländer, was stark wackelte, muss unbedingt behoben werden, Absturzgefahr! Im großen und ganzen konnten wir den Urlaub genießen .

Lieber wieder im Ausland urlauben

Bei An - und Abreise kein persönlicher Kontakt. Für Zahlung der Kurtaxe selbst zu den Vermietern bei Ankunft springen obwohl man 12 Stunden unterwegs war. Terrasse für ältere Menschen gar nix mit viel zu niedrigen Sitzmöglichkeiten und komplett ohne Überdachung und nicht mal einen Sonnenschirm. Die Sauberkeit der Küche war absolut nicht in Ordnung. Bei Ankunft hat man alle Fettspritzer der evtl Vorgänger noch gehabt und die Türen der Schränke waren sehr klebrig und nicht schön zum ansehen. Die Lage würde ich nur für Partygänger empfehlen da es mitten an der Hauptstraße liegt und sehr laut ist. Alles zusammen gesehen, würden wir kein zweites Mal wieder kommen. Lieber mal kein Urlaub machen ( Covid 19) und wenn es wieder machbar ist in das gastfreundliche Ausland verreisen.

Alles Bestens,haben günstig übernachtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, auf dem Balkon hört man natürlich die Geräusche der Hauptstrasse ,aber uns stört dies nicht.... Jederzeit gerne wieder...
