There is a 6-seat hot tub in the backyard, that fits 4 very comfortably and is operational year-round. We have high-speed wifi, a TV with Chromecast, two off-street parking spots with additional spots on street in front of the home, and many small common kitchen appliances.
We love our central location – not more than 10 minutes between downtown restaurants, breweries, and shops, Post Canyon trail system for hiking and biking, lesser-known but quality eateries in the heights, award-winning wineries in the Hood River Valley, and access to Highway 35 for winter actives on Mount Hood.
Complete cleaning after each guests' stay is performed by an outstanding professional cleaner. The garage and master bedroom closet which are not included in the listing are not accessible to guests as we have personal items stored in these locations.
If you have any concerns or questions before booking please message me and I will respond quickly.

Hey Jennifer, I appreciate you taking the time to leave a review! I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay and I want to thank you for being great guests, leaving our place tidy, and helping with checkouts requests. You and your family are welcome back anytime!
The house was exactly as described. Inside was clean and comfortable. It was a great spot for my family to stay while we did the Mt. Hood railroad. I would stay here again.
This house was a great, family friendly home. It has plenty of space for the kids to play, a large dinner table, well stocked cooking essentials and several rooms. It was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting the Hood River train station.
We enjoyed our stay in Hood River. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful. The rate was very reasonable. We would definitely stay there again.
We were in Hood River for our niece’s wedding. We were centrally located for all the different events and venues. The property was as described and big enough for all of us. Check in was super easy and our host was very friendly and easy to reach
We loved our stay at this wonderful home in Hood River. The host was incredibly responsive, and even helped us arrange an extra pack and play (and high chair) for our one year old. The house was comfortable, large, and perfect for our family of 4 + grandparents. Easy to find, parking was easy, beds were comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!
This was just a quick stop on our way South to the Redwoods. It is close to town and the hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day of driving. Also our morning walk before we got back on the road did not disappoint. We took in a beautiful sunrise hitting Mount Hood.
The house is close to Post Canyon and worked well for our family of 4 who likes to ride. There is a good mud room and washer and dryer. Well stocked house.
My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home. It was conveniently located, exceptionally clean, beds were very comfortable, and the house was equipped with everything we needed to make us feel right at home. Jordan the host was wonderful and provided us with helpful information about Hood River and went out of his way to make sure we had a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend staying at this home.
This was a comfortable place for our mini reunion, not fancy but nice, and not too far from downtown (probably too far for walking). We each got our own bedroom with comfy beds, the living room had plenty of furniture for lounging, and the adequately stocked kitchen was perfect for our needs, not to mention the hospitable basket of snacks. Due to lots of rain we never made it to the hot tub though had looked forward to that. We’d stay here again!
We are 5 ladies in our 60s-80s who have been friends for years. We live across the US now, and annually get together. Visiting and laughter is nonstop when we are together.
This home was a great place for us to gather. The kitchen-dining table arrangement was comfortable and facilitated visiting. The 2 couch arrangement in the living room was great for extended chats. The beds were all comfortable.
Hood River is also a very pleasant and interesting town with beautiful river views and walking paths.
This is a great place to stay and Jourdan is a wonderful host. The location was perfect for getting to the waterfront and post canyon. The hot tub is in perfect shape and made our multi-day mountain biking trip that much better. Thanks Jourdan for sharing your house with us. We’ll definitely be looking to visit again.
Had a great time, the home was clean and the host had everything we needed. Hot tub was great and kids really enjoyed it. Short distance to food and downtown areas.
