Our apartment offers an idyllic setting for 4 people, friends or family.

Located in the heart of Quiberon city centre, it offers immediate access to shops, restaurants and beaches.

Our apartment is set up as follows:

- A living room with a large open and equipped kitchen, dining area and the living room with sofa and television.
- Bedroom (bed 140x190cm) with cupboard
- Bedroom 2 (1 bunk bed 2x 90x190cm) with cupboard
- Bathroom and toilet separate

The apartment does not have a parking space, however you can park your bikes in the lobby.

Conditions

Bed linen and towels are provided

You can choose the cleaning option (90 €) to be specified maximum 24 hours after your arrival. Otherwise, I ask you to return the apartment in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.

Our friends the smokers are allowed but on the terrace and pets are not allowed. No party.

Marie from Ty'Accueil, your on-site concierge, will welcome you in the premises and can facilitate your stay, contact her before your stay to arrange an appointment for your arrival and departure.
She will be available throughout the stay to answer your requests (Linen, cleaning, babysitter, baby equipment, full fridge...)

Marie can welcome you from 4 pm, depending on availability and cleaning to be done.

Marie can welcome you until 8 pm. Beyond that, you will be asked for 10 euros per additional hour (until midnight)

You must vacate the apartment before 10 am. If you wish to stay later in the day, and it is possible, do not hesitate to ask for it (you will be asked for 10 euros per hour)
