This finca is located only 2km from Porreres.
Son Ametller was built in 2002 and it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for 6 people plus baby!
The property is planted with beautiful almond, citrus, and olive trees.
Outside there is a private pool in the masses 4mx6.5m, a small playground for the children, a fixed barbecue, and a nice dining area on the terrace. Perfect for cozy evenings together!
In the house you will find a functional but cozy living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed in the dimensions 150cmX190cm, and the two remaining bedrooms each have two single beds in the masses 90cmX200cm.
One of the bathrooms is on the ground floor, and the second on the first floor. There is also a third toilet right by the pool.
