Manager ghosted us after the pool wasn't fixed. Never refunded my $150 either. Terrible communication. House wasn't worth the cost since the heated spa was a major selling point.

Great stay during coachella festival

Really enjoyed Collins place during the coachella music festival. Group of 12 slept comfortably and enjoyed the house amenities. Great location close to the grounds, about a 30min walk to get inside.

Nice property

The house was perfect for what we needed. Had a golf group of 6. The house had enough beds and room for everyone. Nice neighborhood and good location. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Awesome house and pool!

We loved staying at this house! It was spacious and well-laid out. The kitchen was amazing for our group of 12, and the bedrooms were awesome and so spacious compared to other rentals we’ve used, they felt luxurious. We were all very comfortable. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub combo, the heating system worked beautifully. We all had such a fun time. There is also a kids play structure and grass area a short walk away which we enjoyed using. Check in and checkout, and communication, were great. We’d super recommend this place!
