Just 10 minutes from Dinan, 20 minutes from Rennes and Saint-Malo, and 40 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, you will have quick access to many local attractions: the Bourbansais Zoo (3 min), Cobac Parc (10 min), and the Grand Aquarium (20 min).
La Longère , which can accommodate up to 15 people, 1 child and 2 babies, is a former farmhouse made up of two adjoining dwellings. The 2.5 hectare property is enhanced by a 3500 m² fishing pond.
FALE TOLU

With a surface area of approximately 100 m², Fale Tolu can accommodate up to 6 people and 1 baby.
On the ground floor , you will find:

A first bedroom of 12 m² with a large bed (160 cm), A second bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm), A bathroom with WC, A top floor mezzanine under the roof, accessible via a Japanese-style staircase, with 2 beds (90 cm). Outside , you can enjoy two terraces:

With a surface area of 120 m², Fale Tahi can accommodate up to 9 adults, 1 child and 1 baby.
On the ground floor , this house is composed of:
A large living room of 40 m², including a fitted kitchen and a TV lounge, A bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), A bathroom, A separate toilet, A large terrace of 30 m². Upstairs you will find three bedrooms:
Bedroom 2: Double bed (160 cm) and single bed (90 cm), Bedroom 3: Double bed (160 cm) and a cabin bed for children, Bedroom 4: Single bed (90 cm), A bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The south-facing terrace, measuring 30 m², opens onto a 500 m² plot of land.
Small clarification : When you arrive, the beds will be made. You will simply need to bring your own towels.
You can enjoy the outdoors while your children have fun on the playground, with a climbing wall, a swing and a slide. A barbecue is also available for friendly meals, or you can picnic by the pond while learning to fish ( in no-kill mode ). Access to the pond is secured by a gate, but children remain under the responsibility of their parents near the water.
