Great for entertaining, the open living area is detailed with a fireplace and a smart TV. The adjacent kitchen boasts upgrades, including granite countertops and a full suite of appliances. Sip crisp beverages on two furnished balconies tucked in the pines. You’ll also enjoy a laundry room and kid-friendly extras like a travel crib and baby gates for safety.

Northstar Ski Resort offers premier skiing and snowboarding just one mile away! The Northstar Village has shops, restaurants, an ice skating rink, outdoor firepits, and a movie theatre. A golf course, driving range, and putting green are just down the road. Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Place Near Northstar

This was a cozy and convenient place to stay. Very close to Northstar ski resort, driving distance from lots of places in North Lake Tahoe

Great time

Space, puzzles, tv, wifi. Location is fantastic and the shuttle service makes everything very easy. Do not buy a parking pass as they provide one already.

Good, but lots of stairs.

Good location, but stairs to get to and from, stairs from the master bedroom to the top floor bathroom was a surprise. Downstairs toilet needs a new wax seal as it rocks when one sits. Had to improvise a lid for the tea kettle, but all in all the condo was cool and comfortable for our whole stay at Northstar.
