Upstairs: - 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with sea view on the coast of Pleumeur Bodou. You will observe the ballet of the tides. Outside: Terrace area in the courtyard dedicated to the cottage, pretty landscaped garden shared behind the cottage, shelter for bicycles. Laundry area with washing machine shared by the 3 small cottages. Gîte adjoining the owners' second home and close to 2 other small cottages. In the center of L'Ile Grande, on a pretty landscaped property, this charming cottage is part of a beautiful traditional country farmhouse. Renovation led and successful by Katell, for whom L'Ile Grande is her 2nd 'home'. This is truly an address to select to discover this charming little Breton island which is full of originality: its LPO Station, its old quarries and their statue, its dunes and marshes, its pebble and white sand beaches, its small port Saint Sauveur, its washhouse, its covered alley, ... In short! A real change of scenery! The coastal path, marked GR34, 7 km long, will allow you to go around the island in about 2h30. You can walk to the town center, just 300 m away (a few shops). 5 km from the Pleumeur-Bodou Radome Park (Telecoms City, planetarium, Gallic village, Trégor Ecocentre, Adventure Course, etc.), 6 km from Trégastel and its magnificent coast, 13 km from Lannion and Perros-Guirec.
