Perfect Spot!

The apartment was well stocked and supplied with kitchen items which was huge for us since we cooked a lot. We loved the pool access and the Tiki Bar was fun. Bar tenders were super nice and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Manager was easily accessible but we didn’t have complaints so there’s that. ☺️

The apartment AC was not working properly when we arrived. After not sleeping most of Friday night due to the apartment being so hot, we contacted the host, who did respond quickly and sent a technician out to repair the unit. The part was not available on Saturday so host offered to move us to a different unit or have tech set up portable AC units in each bedroom until the part arrived on Monday & the AC unit could be fixed. Since we were already settled in, we picked the portable AC units. When we return Saturday evening, we noticed that the portable unit in the kids’ room was missing the window seal kit. Therefore warm air was coming in the room while the portable AC unit was blowing. Plus the exhaust from the portable AC unit was coming back into the room. I reached out to the host on Sunday about the missing seal kit and the safety aspect of having an open window in the kids room but got no response. Host did send the check out details message Sunday night so there is no way they would have missed my note. Monday came and went without any contact from the host and the AC unit in the apartment was not fixed as promised. It was also on Monday that I noticed the black mold that was speckled across the ceiling in the master bathroom. I reached out to the host again but still no response. It’s no wonder that my daughter was sick most of the trip due to the open window and the mold on the ceiling!

Great location near Disney

This is a nice apartment in a very large complex. Cute kids room, decorated in Disney theme. Kitchen well stocked. Clean outdoors, inside could use a good deep cleaning. Needs new couch and more furniture in sitting area (couch was filthy, we didn't use). Shared pool/water park is fine, no drinks or food can be brought in and wait to purchase is an hour. Oddly, heaters in both pools were not working during our 2-week visit.

Thank you for the review and feedback, we regularly do deep cleans, we are replacing many sofas and rugs in our unit, unfortunately this is out of our control over the resort but this feedback has been passed on to the HOA.
