The kitchen with dining area is modern and open to the living area. In 2017, extensive modernization work was carried out including a new shower room. You will feel well, we look forward to seeing you. An underground parking space is also available free of charge. Here also your bicycles can be parked. Tip: In the Ostseetherme you get a discount on your spa card.

sehr gute Unterkunft

Eine sehr saubere Ferienwohnung. Zweckmäßig und hübsch eingerichtet. Der Strand lässt sich gut zu Fuß erreichen.

Ein gelungener Urlaub, gerne zu wiederholen.

Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben, gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles sauber. Vermisst haben wir WLAN. Angenehm war auch der TG-Platz, aber die Ein- u. Ausfahrt schwierig wegen der parkenden Autos auf der anderen Strassenseite und das viel zu schmale Tor. Die Spiegel mussten immer angeklappt werden, jedesmal „ Zielfahren“, um nichts zu beschädigen. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall empfehlendswert. Ahlbeck ist auch empfehlendswert, auch für Fahrradtouren in der Umgebung, Swinemünde nicht zu vergessen. Die Golfplätze in Korswandt und Balmer See sind landschaftlich sehr scön und gepflegt, der gelbe Kurs Balmer See für zügiges Spiel wegen der Spieler mit höheren Handicaps nicht zu empfehlen (Stehgolf). Die Bewirtung am Balmer See war sehr unfreundlich, wir durften bei 14 Grad Außentemparatur und kaltem Wind keinen Tisch im Innenbereich belegen um ca. 17.00 Uhr, weil alles schon für das Abendessen ab 17.30 Uhr eingedeckt war, Gastronomie nicht zu empfehlen. In Korswandt gab es un 16.30 Uhr nichts Warmes zu essen, Bedienung freundlich, aber Küche nicht mehr durchgängig geöffnet. Das Ganze machte den Eindruck, als hätte die Anlage wirtschaftliche Probleme, wrnig Golfer.
