Beautiful Naples getaway!!! Newly remodeled condo on the west side of Rt 41, close to the beach in the highly desirable Moorings neighborhood. Large 1090 sq ft top floor unit with an elevator & bike storage outside. New hardwood, tiled lanai with loveseat and dining table plus new sliding doors throughout. Views from the living room out to the lake offer serene morning sunrises with surrounding palm trees everywhere! Open plan living/dining/kitchen area with all high-end finishes including stainless appliances, wonderful Naples Pier wall decor and super comfortable living room furnishings. The neighborhood is in a quiet, residential area yet close to shopping , restaurants and of course a short walk to the beach.

Great location in the Moorings section of Naples

I really enjoyed my stay, the property was clean, all the furnishings were new. The location is fantastic, close to everything, shopping, restaurants, beaches. The pool at the condo was heated. I highly recommend. Nina (owner) was very accommodating and super friendly.
