Newly renovated, first floor, beachfront condo available for minimum 1-month blocks (or longer).

The two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a stunning beach view. The second bedroom includes two single beds. Both bathrooms include showers, toilets, and twin basins.

Cable television is available in both bedrooms and the living room. Free wifi in the condo and through the complex.

The new kitchen comes with top-of-the-range appliances. The dining table can extend to comfortably seat eight.

A gorgeous, furnished patio, complete with a front-row ocean view, invites you to watch the sunset every night.

The complex also has a heated pool and BBQ grills. Inside the complex, you will find a common room with a billiards table, a library, and a gym. The complex was recently renovated after Hurricane Ian.

Assigned parking is available for one vehicle, and additional guest parking is available.

You are within walking distance of the great shops and restaurants of Venetian Village and a ten-minute drive from Old Naples and Naples Pier Beach.

Strictly no pets or children under 12 years allowed for this rental unit.

Incredible fully renovated condo right on the sand. Literally the best VRBO experience we have ever booked due to great hosts, incredible location, brand new unit with everything you need, and Naples Sunsets. Beach is right out of unit in 5 seconds is unbeatable. Pool overlooks the ocean, Chairs are plentiful, Work out room has great equipment, Poolside Grills are right outside your door, and condo library has great reading selections. Unit itself has greats beds, extremely nice showers, great kitchen with Keurig and Nespresso maker, Full fridge plus Beverage fridge, and small in unit laundry. Location in Naples is perfectly centered to everything; short ride to 5th ave, walking distance to Venetian bay shops, short ride to Vanderbilt and best of all Sunset views from the nice patio.

Beautifully reconstructed unit after hurricane Ian. We were the first tenants upon completion of the unit rehab. Very nice property owners, and always responsive to any questions and/or issues.Although this unit was complete, the common areas of property were still under reconstruction from the affects of Ian. Once those are complete, the entire property will be, IMO, highly desirable as a rental.

We loved staying at the Continental Club in Naples. It was a beautiful setting right on the beach. The condo was newly renovated and was furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host checked us in when we arrived and could not have been more accommodating. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Beach front living!

Lovely property and exceptional hosts. You will love the location close to shopping restaurants and beach life. Just steps to the beach pool and sun. You will never want to leave !

Why they chose this property

Our condo is situated on the 1st floor and exactly ten paces from the sand (I paced it off before writing this). The luxury of sliding the door open and walking into the ocean in Naples FL is very rare to find. The beach walks, sunsets, fishing, swimming and just lazing about creates such peace of mind for us.
