The apartment 1 is located on the ground floor of our house. Our comfortable 2-room apartment is a Non smoking apartment. The kitchen is open to the living room and equipped with a small kitchenette, here you will find everything necessary, including a fridge, coffee machine, kettle and crockery / cutlery. The vacation home is for max. 4 people suitable. The sleeping possibilities are distributed as follows. There is a bedroom with double bed, the couch in the living room is a pull-out sofa bed. The bathroom is a shower room with toilet and shower. The apartment has a terrace, and a parking space. Barbecuing is not allowed in this property. We are partner of Ostseetherme Ahlbeck, therefore, there are discounts for you in the bathroom and sauna.

Our cottage Walfisch lies directly in the beautiful seaside resort of Ahlbeck on the beautiful island of Usedom. It is situated in a quiet location and offers 4 comfortable apartments, including a terrace or balcony. We offer all year round a comfortably furnished apartment. The rental price includes the additional costs for water, electricity, heating, use of the car parking space, as well as towels and bed linen. There is NO possibility to grill in this property.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 19:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,5min bis zur Promenade, Gegenüber von der Ferienwohnung kann man sich Fah

Ahlbeck immer eine Reise wert

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung.Nur zwei Anregungen: Bad roch ständig nach Abwasser, nur mit Fenster zu nutzen (Fehler im Tiefbau??????) Warme Zudecken bitte, bei Heizung schlafen zu müssen sehr unangenehm und ungesund, da ich sehr gern bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafe, hier nicht möglich.

Gemütliches Appartement in Strandnähe

Sauberes, nett möbliertes Appartement im Erdgeschoss. Bis zur Strandpromenade sind's ca. 800 m. Kleine Küchenzeile, Sat-Fernsehgeräte im Wohn- und Schlafbereich. Größe und Ausstattung sind für 2 Personen ideal; mit 3 Personen wird’s eng. Die Terrasse ist mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet; Fahrradständer befindet sich am Haus. Kritikpunkt: Wenig Arbeitsfläche im Küchenbereich (mit Kaffeemaschine und Eierkocher wird’s schon eng)

Sauberkeit : mal nach oben schauen -Spinnweben an allen Ecken. Decken mal waschen. Aeusserer Eindruck : Renovierungsrueckstau. Verbesserungsvorschläge : Auflagen für Terassenmoebel , Mikrowelle.(beides nicht teuer , aber Zeitgemäß.)
