Sehr laut

Leider wurde in der Anzeige nicht beschrieben, dass die Wohnung unter einen Restaurant liegt. Somit war es jeden Abend bis Mitternacht (oder länger) sehr laut. Auch morgens wurden bereits aufgeräumt/ Getränke wurden geliefert usw. Sonst kein großer Spiegel in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Lage sehr zentral,- direkt am Meer.

Nah an der Promenade

Gut; Unterkunft hatte kleine Probleme: 1. Wasserschaden an Decke Schlafzimmer 2. Kein Spiegel im Schlafzimmer 3. Ausblick in den Hinterhof 4. FEWO direkt unter der Küche des Restaurants oben. Sonst gut !

Aussergewöhlich laute „Kellerwohnung“ ohne Veranda

Insgesamt gut aber die Nacht war nicht zum Schlafen geeignet, da bis spät in die Nacht ( bis 2 Uhr und schon ab 6 Uhr Rap Musik und laute Kuechengeräuche aus der Gaststätte zu hören waren. Es fehlte der angegebene Geschirrspüler. Der Fußboden war bei Anreise sehr schmutzig.

Umgebung und Ausstattung

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen nicht weit vom Zentrum und Strand dies ist Optimal. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber, die Vermieter sind freundlich und reagieren bei Problemen sehr schnell. Das ganze Umfeld ist sauber und lädt zum Spazieren ein. Leider wie immer ist der Urlaub zu kurz. Gern wieder.
