Fully equipped house for 8 people in Saintes Maries de la mer, 5 min walk from the centre, 8 min from the beach. Everything is done on foot. A few steps from a pond, ideal for walks.
A large and beautiful shaded courtyard (pergola) with plancha, water point, + shower head for returning from the beach

On the ground floor:
- A living room with large table and sofa
- Equipped kitchen: oven, American fridge, microwave, hob, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine.
- separate toilet

On the 1st floor:
> 2 bedrooms
- bedroom 1: bed 160
- bedroom 2: bed 140 with private bathroom
> Bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.

2nd floor: large attic mezzanine with velux: a sofa bed (sleeps 140) + 2 single beds (for children because under the slope) PGJyPg�PGJyPgCapacity: 8 people. Plenty of storage space. Air conditioning and TV in all rooms. Mosquito nets at all openings. Wifi.

Globalement très bon hébergement.Nous y avons passé 10 jours avec un bébé de 6 mois en septembre.Lieu calme , places disponibles pour la voiture , proche du centre et des plages.Justine réponds rapidement aux messages et aux demandes extraordinaires ( si c’est faisable ).La maison est nettoyée par les locataires, conclusion si le locataire précédent n’y a pas mis du sien , il faut nettoyer un petit coup … Et nous n’avons pas vu de baignoire mais il y a 2 douches et tout est conforme à la description et aux photos !!Un hébergement qu’on louera de nouveau si on y revient !!
