Thank you for your kind words about the apartment Adam! We always aim to provide a seamless experience, which is why we provide a comprehensive online guidebook for our guests. This includes step-by-step instructions with photos on how to use the hot water system. While most guests find this straightforward, we are always just a message away and would have been more than happy to assist you with it had you reached out to us during your stay. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us, and we wish you all the best.

Nik was an excellent coordinator both prior to and during the stay. We could not be more pleased with his level of customer service. There were definitely some issues during the stay, which was over 2 months, but all of the concerns were addressed. The location seemed a bit sketchy at first, but it turned out to be fine. Close to the grocery store. Thank you for making the stay manageable and memorable.

Nice apartment

Communication and check-in was great. Super easy. The apartment is very clean and well taken care of. I didn't give five stars because it was a little lacking in the kitchen. Plates, cups, etc. It was a bunch of ones and twos. It made it a little difficult to eat or drink inside the apartment. This small problem wouldn't be enough for me not to stay there again.

Schöne Wohnung, angenehme urbane Gegend, super Kommunikation
