NEW hot tub! Guests rave about how adorable, squeaky clean, well-equipped & conveniently located this bungalow is. Terrific oldtown location walkable to all the fun - ask for ideas on things to do :) Steps to a great rec center, summer concerts and miles of bike/walking paths.

Great outdoor space for grilling and enjoying a meal outside, sitting around the firepit, or relaxing on the deck with a cocktail. Your best choice for short or long-term. Terrific home-base for your Northern Colorado/Rocky Mountain National Park adventures!

Cute bungalow in old town. Cozy and super clean. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfy beds with down comforters. Washer/dryer and workspace.

Pots and pans, basic spices, kitchen Aid Mixer, Keurig and French press, tea kettle, kitchen knives, salad spinner, blender, toaster, microwave, gas range, dish washer, small food processor, waffle maker, crock pot, measuring cups and spoons, food scale, muffin tins, cookie sheet, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, hand mixer, BBQ grill.

The cozy courtyard includes outdoor seating, a fire pit, café lights, and a dining table as well as a grill.

Entire house.

Happy to make recommendations on local things to do, places to eat, and breweries to try. Super responsive host. Not a property management bot!

Walk or bike (2 bikes provided) to downtown and explore great places to eat, drink, and be entertained. Catch a movie, shoot some pool, enjoy craft beers, or stay home a cook a great meal in the well-equipped kitchen.

Uber and Lyft are around, and the bus runs right by the house, but if you want to explore the many outdoor adventures in the area you’ll want a car.

Loveland is a lovely town and a great hub for all of your NoCo adventures. Fort Collins, Windsor, Berthoud, Longmont, Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Boulder, Greeley, TPC Berthoud (and several other golf courses), UNC, CSU, and CU are all easy drives.

Please do not smoke inside the house. Outside is fine (please pick up after yourself). My goal is for the house to smell fresh and clean for each guest!

Made specifically for your peace of mind and comfort

This property was so clean beautiful quaint comfortable. You walk in and you really felt welcomed and relaxed immediately. The Aesthetics in the property the flow of this home. And then you walk outside and it's almost like you have your little private oasis. There's a little fence but the hot tub is tucked around so you're totally comfortable. There's been a lot of love that is put into this property to make it exceptional for anybody that stays there. If you have the opportunity please go with this host and their properties.

Clean, Comfortable, amazing host and Loveland is Awesome!

This is the CLEANEST and most COMFORTABLE VRBO I've ever stayed at. I think I slept better in the bed there and than our own! Perfect sized space for us, and the outdoor set up is awesome. We really enjoyed the hot tub. My husband and I stayed here for almost a week and it had everything we needed and fairly close to other cities. This was our first trip to Colorado and we probably looked at 30 properties and we kept coming back to this one and I'm so glad we did. Loveland is a really neat artistic place. We went to Denver, Red Rocks, Rocky Mountains, Estes Park, The Stanley Hotel, Boulder and the Devils Backbone and some places where further than others but the drive is so beautiful everywhere, so once again soooo glad we stayed in Loveland! The host AMY is beyond awesome. Super friendly and very responsive, she truly makes you feel welcome. If we ever make it to Colorado again, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! :)

Charming home in a quiet neighborhood

The house was just as described and pictured on the website. The only problem was that no address was listed on the site. So, it made it hard to find--we had to call the owner to find the place. Everything else was wonderful--the home was furnished in style. New appliances made for easy meal preparation and laundry. The kitchen and bath had ample supplies which was nice. The landscaping was lovely, and although we did not take advantage of the outdoor hot tub, we could see that it was new and the fenced in backyard offered plenty of privacy. We loved the quiet neighborhood--close to downtown which had a lot to offer in the way of shops and restaurants. Owner was easy to communicate and gave rapid response.

Lovely Cottage in the City

Amy Review Vrbo Amy was a fantastic host. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The house is situated close to downtown. The residential street did not seem too busy. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent. The washer and dryer worked great. Amy adds so many little extras. The snacks by the coffee pot were a lifesaver! Thank you! Amy was also quick to answer any questions or address any supply needs. You can park on the street or in the shared driveway in front of the tiny house rental behind the house. I enjoyed sitting on the porch swing and drinking a morning cup of coffee. The fire pit was pleasant and fun to use as well. I would absolutely stay here again. I didn’t get to the bikes and hot tub, but maybe next time.
