Ground floor: Living room / bedroom with lounge, dinette and TV. You have access to the terrace. Kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin and window.
1st floor: 4 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Crikvenica. The holiday house is located on a 1300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking on the property.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, 4 m x 6 m, 2.00 m deep).
