Le Pistoulet - Quiet apartment with pool and terrace

We offer you this pleasant apartment located on our property, totally independent, for a peaceful stay.
You have a living room-kitchen, a bedroom and its bathroom.
A terrace (also independent) will allow you to enjoy the view of the swimming pool, before going for a dip (in season).
The property is located on the heights of Saint-Siffret, a pretty Gard village 6 kilometers from Uzès. The area is residential, you will have all your tranquility.
Also 8km from Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie, 13km from Pont-du-Gard, 30km from Nimes, 40km from Avignon, 50km from Anduze, 80km from the sea, etc.

The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists more precisely:
- a kitchen: equipped with hob, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine
- a living room: with dining table for 4 people, sofa, TV. The sofa can be converted into a 160 cm bed or two 80cm beds
- a spacious bedroom: 160cm bed and large storage cupboard
- a bathroom: shower, sink and toilet
- a small terrace with a view of the pool (which you also have access to in season)

In addition to the accommodation, you have access to the shared pool area, with sunbeds and hammocks.
On the sheltered terrace in front of your room, you also have an outdoor table and chairs, and sun loungers.
Free and secure parking on the property.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans ce magnifique cadre occitan. La maison est pleine de charme et l'appartement refait à neuf avec goût, est bien équipé. L'endroit est très calme ; le parc arboré, est idéal pour être à l'ombre en fin d'après-midi, pendant la baignade dans la piscine. Des hôtes accueillant et s'assurant régulièrement de notre confort et de notre bien-être. Une accessibilité facilitée par l'axe autoroutier, proche (mais pas trop), la belle ville d'Uzès à 5 min avec tous ses commerces ; il y a même une petite épicerie/boulangerie/café dans le village. Nous recommandons chaudement !
