At just a few houses away from the beach and the bay, this duplex gets the best of both worlds. You'll have easy access to fun activities such as surfing, boogie boarding, sailing, power boat rentals, Catalina Island cruises, whale watching tours, parasailing, fun zone rides and arcade, and the World Famous 'Wedge' where some of the biggest body surfing waves in the world. Other attractions within a short drive are Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, Disneyland and California Adventure Park, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary, Spruce Goose, and many more.

One of the best parts about beach living is having an outdoor living and dining space to enjoy your surroundings. This lower unit has a spacious outdoor patio with a brand-new covered barbecue island, accompanied by bar stools that serve as the perfect spot to entertain family and friends on a beautiful sunny day. Upon entering the home, you will be welcomed by a large, open-concept living space, comfortable furnishings, a dining space, and access to the newly furnished, fully equipped kitchen. The primary bedroom has a Cal King bed and ample room for guests to feel at home. The guest room has a full-over-full bunk bed that is perfect for all ages. The front room has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa that adds convenience and space for groups with multiple people.

Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
