Step into this bright and elegantly decorated 36 m² apartment.

The living area features a very comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining space with a table that seats four. It opens onto a private courtyard with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying sunny days. (Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 9 AM.)

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing your meals: an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.

The bedroom has a double bed (140x200), carefully made with high-quality hotel-grade linens. A wardrobe is available for you to store your belongings and feel at home.

The en-suite bathroom features a sink, mirror, and shower. A washing machine is also provided. The toilet is separate.

Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

The Necker district, located in Paris’s 15th arrondissement, is known for its peaceful residential atmosphere and blend of green spaces and urban conveniences. Stroll through its charming streets lined with cozy cafés, traditional bakeries, and small boutiques. Explore Georges Brassens Park, a lush haven featuring themed gardens and a charming book market. Don’t miss the Montparnasse Tower, where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the city. The Necker district offers an authentic and relaxing Parisian experience.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Pasteur (lines 6, 12), is just a 4-minute walk.

Orly Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
