Room layout of our apartment with 50 m² living space, the apartment generously cut. Access to the apartment is barrier-free and with open doorways with no doors to kitchen and bedroom. The living room is separated by a curtain for privacy from the bedroom.   The bedroom has a double bed and a spacious closet. The living room has a cozy sitting area, which can be converted to an additional sleeping possibility.   A dining table is available. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, bath / toilet, hallway and closet. W-Lan, a dresser, color TV, radio and telephone being in the living room.   A balcony with some partial lake round off the well furnished apartment. Sheets and towels are available on site for a fee.   A parking space in the garage of the house can be rented as needed (This is free of charge for bookings made through the island of Sylt Tourismus-Service). In the basement is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers.
