Bright, cozy apartment

The 40m² large apartment is comfortably furnished. In addition to a small hall, shower / toilet, kitchenette and living and dining area with sofa bed, there is a separate bedroom with double bed. The kitchen has a two burner stove, a small dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Of course, radio with CD as well as WLAN belong to the equipment of the flat.
The apartment is located close to the beach (about 50 m to the beach transition) and can accommodate 3 - 4 people. The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of an apartment building with no direct view by passersby.
From the apartment is about 100m to Friedrichstrasse, the famous shopping area with numerous shops, restaurants and bistros.

Despite the proximity to the pedestrian zone is influenced by its location in a road parallel peace and the opportunity to relax.

5 Sterne – absolut empfehlenswert!Die Ferienwohnung war klein, aber sehr fein – liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war toll: ruhig und dennoch zentral, ideal für entspannte Tage auf Sylt.Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war freundlich und unkompliziert, die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort hat reibungslos funktioniert – rundum alles super.Ein kleiner Mini-Kritikpunkt: Die Schlafzimmerschränke könnten vielleicht mal ein kleines Makeover vertragen, zum Beispiel mit einem frischen Anstrich. Aber das ist wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit und hat unseren Aufenthalt in keiner Weise gestört.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in sehr gut ausgestatteter gemütlichen Wohnung. Die zentrale aber dennoch ruhige Lage direkt hinter der Düne ist perfekt! Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich im nordischen Stil eingerichtet. Auch wenn das Gebäude, wie fast alle Gebäude in Westerland im 60er Jahre Stil gebaut und eher unschön ist, ist die Wohnung gemütlich und ruhig gelegen. Gute Lage

Für Fahrradtouren über die Insel gut zentral gelegen, auch für Strandspaziergänge und Shopping bestens geeignet. Wer es ruhiger mag sollte lieber mehr im Inneren des Ortes wohnen. Wohnung ideal für 1 - 2 Wochen. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

tolle Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Ferienwohnung war so wie beschrieben, sehr zentral gelegen und fast direkt am Strand. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlief sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Ferienwohnung Gute Lage

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, Aufgang zum Strand 50m, und die Fußgängerzone war eine Ecke weiter. Leider ist bei dieser Wohnung kein Parkplatz bei, man muß das Auto auf dem Parkplatz beim Aquarium parken ist dort kostenlos. Da wir Fahrräder mit hatten ging das, sonst ein kleiner Fußmarsch.

Gemütliche Wohnung in toller Lage

Eine Wohnung, in der ich mich sofort wohlgefühlt habe, und bei der ich mich über die vielen kleinen Extras gefreut habe, die zur Verfügung standen. Die Lage direkt am Strandübergang und in einer Seitenstraße der Friedrichstraße ist großartig.
