Eine hervorragend ausgestattete Unterkunft. Ja, das gesamte Haus ist sicherlich nicht das schönste auf der Insel, aber sobald man die Tür zum Appartement öffnet, ist dieser Eindruck verflogen. Bei der Ankunft nachmittags scheint die Sonne wunderbar durch die Fenster und der Urlaub beginnt. Das Appartement ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Es wirkt nicht kühl, sondern direkt heimisch. Die Einrichtung und das Bad sind modern. Bis in die letzten Details ist das Appartement hervorragend ausgestattet. Das fängt bei Kleinigkeiten wie genug Besteck oder einem geräumigen Kleiderschrank an und hört bei einem Radio im Bad oder einem gut funktionierenden Duschkopf, der sogar die Temperatur anzeigt auf. Ich war schon in einigen Wohnungen, in denen dies leider nicht immer selbstverständlich war. Um so zufriedener habe ich diese Ferienunterkunft nach einer schönen Woche auf Sylt wieder verlassen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Kleines Appartement, zweckmäßig und schön eingerichtet, für Kurzurlaube sehr gut geeignet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt.Parkplatz und Fahrradstellplatz sind ebenfalls vorhanden und gut.Die Lage ist für alle Unternehmungen perfekt.Wir waren zufrieden.

Ein sehr kleines Appartement, aber mit allem, was man braucht, um ein paar Tage die Insel zu genießen. Abholung und Abgabe der Schlüssel war sehr unkompliziert. Das Appartement ist gut geeignet für Leute, die ohne Auto anreisen, da Büro und Appartement nah am Bahnhof liegen.

Lattenrost war komplett kaputt

Sehr zentral gelegen. Allerdings ist das Bett eine Katastrophe Latten im Lattenrost Fehlanzeige!! Schön wäre auch eine weitere Mülltüte gewesen.Beim nächsten Mal geben wir wieder ein wenig mehr Geld aus dann ist es auch hochwertiger!

Wir kennen uns sehr gut auf der Insel aus und waren etwas skeptisch,weil wir das Gebäude von aussen kennen. Sollte aber für ein Wochenende ausreichen. Im Treppenhaus waren wir auch noch nicht überzeugt, da schließen wir uns den Meinungen hier an. Aber was für ein schönes, sauberes, modernes Appartement sich hinter der Wohnungstür verbirgt kann man doch nur lobend erwähnen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden,was man genötigt und es war sehr sauber. Der Balkon wirkt, von der Bausubstanz her, nicht ganz so einladend, aber den nutzten wir ja um diese Jahreszeit nicht. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert und sehr gutes Preis -/Leistungsverhältnis. Danke an Herrn Könemann und sein Team für den tollen Service!
