If you love ocean views from your own balcony, falling asleep to the sound of the waves, and the cosy comfort of a small, snug apartment, the “Strandperle” is the perfect place for you!<br><br>Here, 2–4 people will find everything they need for that perfect “Sylt vibe”: From the south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the view of the sea and stunning sunsets. In addition, the modern living room features a sleeper sofa (140×200) and a spacious dining area for 4 people.<br>The open kitchen area offers cooking facilities with a small stove (2 burners) and a microwave with grill, along with the necessary conveniences like a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine.<br>In the bedroom, in addition to the brand-new box-spring bed (160×200), there is also a bunk bed, so that in addition to 2 adults, up to 2 children can be accommodated here. Alternatively, the lower bed can be used to create two separate sleeping areas for 2 adults.<br>The brightly tiled shower room, accessible from the hallway, completes your holiday home.<br>“Strandperle” is Apartment 24 (2nd floor) in the Carmen Sylva building, located directly at the beach access next to the Miramar Hotel. The building features a coin-operated washing machine/dryer and an lift; however, the lift only stops at the intermediate floors, so the apartment is not accessible to guests with mobility impairments. Guests have free access to the Wi-Fi network. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed. Subject to availability, a parking space at the building can be booked in addition to this apartment for €15 per day. Apartment rates are based on double occupancy; each additional person is charged €10 per night.<br><br>Tip: For a group stay with friends or family, you can also book the Strandhafer apartment (Property No. 104), which is located on the same hallway in the Carmen Sylva building, diagonally across from this one!
