Cozy vacation apartment right on the beach

The holiday rental is located on a cul-de-sac that ends at the beach. Right next to the house, which sits on the cliffs, there is a staircase leading down to the beach. The apartment is about 40 square metres and consists of a living room and a combined room with a kitchenette and a 1.40-meter-wide sleeper sofa that can be unfolded into a double bed. In the living room, two comfortable beds can be folded out of the built-in cabinet in a single motion. This provides sleeping accommodation for four people. The bathroom, which includes a shower, toilet, and washing machine, is accessible from the living room. A balcony spans the entire width of the apartment, where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun. The living room is equipped with cable TV, a DVD player, a CD radio, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with a microwave and grill, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, and everything else you need for daily living. Bedding is provided; however, you’ll need to bring your own sheets, towels, and tea towels, or you can rent them for a fee of €20 per person. The apartment comes with a parking space. This is particularly important because parking fees apply to the spaces in front of the building due to the direct beach access. <br>In addition to the rental cost, there is a €50 fee for final cleaning, which is to be left in the apartment upon departure. You must also pay the visitor’s tax to me; the tourist office will bill me for these fees. The visitor cards are in the apartment.<br>Additional information: Sylt offers almost everything. The sophisticated town of Kampen, the bustling town of Westerland, Keitum with its many trees and thatched-roof houses, Wenningstedt with its village pond, Hörnum, Rantum, List—each town has its own charm. There are secluded spots where you’ll be almost alone and lively areas where life is in full swing. You can relax on the beach, go for walks along the shore, sail, surf, or play golf.
