"LES RONDINS, Guzet snow chalet, direct start to slopes and hikes, panoramic view

Log chalet on the top of the resort of Guzet, in a residential area.
On the edge of the forest while being close to amenities and activities, it is at the foot of the connecting slope (large hiking trail in summer) which serves the entire ski area of the resort.

Facing south, the terrace offers an unobstructed 180° view of the forest and the mountains.
-On the ground floor: separate toilet, bathroom with multi-jet shower, hammam, aromatherapy and light therapy; fully equipped kitchen: combined microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher 12 covers, large fridge, electric coffee maker, electric teapot, Nespresso coffee machine, Sodastream machine... The room opens onto a living room with insert fireplace. A bedroom with a Rapido 140 sofa bed, allows you to transform into a TV lounge with HDMI cable and list of about fifty DVD films
- Upstairs: access by a real staircase to 2 other bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 each) and 1 mezzanine with 2 90 bunk beds, i.e. 8 fixed beds. A bathroom with toilet and shower.
- In the basement: laundry room and storeroom, we have installed all the necessary appliances for a comfortable holiday: washing machine, dryer, small extra fridge, freezer with drawers, ice maker, plancha, raclette machine, baby cot, high chair, 2 sledges, deck chairs, 2 pairs of working sticks...

The chalet overlooks a 300 m2 plot of land that you can enjoy by putting the deckchairs there.

You are at the start of the link track, hiking trail, mountain bike, which takes you to the Beauregard chalet, a mountain restaurant; in summer, you can also enjoy the monorail sleigh, the largest sledge in Europe which promises you thrills on the descent; a tennis court and a heated outdoor swimming pool located next to the shops (open this summer), and many other activities to practice on site (paragliding, canoeing, downhill mountain biking or electric bikes..)
In winter, the same connecting trail allows you to put on your skis at the foot of the chalet and return to the foot of the chalet.

POSSIBLE SHORT STAYS: 3 days minimum outside school holidays

OUT OF SEASON: END OF MARCH, APRIL, MAY, OCT to DEC: 500€ /week

Up-to-date calendar:
JULY: 750€ to 800€/WEEK
AUGUST: 800€ to 900€ /Week depending on the period (week of 15/08 already booked)

Remember to book for next winter 2026:
Christmas holidays: €1500/week of Christmas; 1700€ week of the 1st of the year
January / March 2026 (excluding school holidays: 700 € / week.
February holidays: 1500€/week
Rates all taxes included (Water, electricity, tourist tax); 2 uncashed deposit cheques: 1000€ and 100€ (cleaning).
Pets accepted by agreement at no extra charge (small dogs), provided that they are well-behaved animals.

Important note: End-of-stay cleaning is optional. If you wish to benefit from this service, an additional fee of €100 will be charged.
