Large 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a villa, equipped for people with reduced mobility and for 2 babies. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160x200) + baby beds. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140x190), 2 pull-out beds (90x190). Living room: sofa bed with memory foam mattress (140x190). Private pool, terrace, jacuzzi and garden. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets on the windows. The accommodation is approximately 80m², with one bedroom of 15m² and a second of 13.5m². The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo and filter coffee makers, cooler, etc. The above-ground pool is 4m in diameter. In Sainte-Rose, you have all amenities; you can buy fresh fish or lobsters directly from the fishermen at the port. We also offer excursions to the Grand Cul-de-Sac Marin with our various partners. Mambia Beach is a 2-minute drive away. A 10-minute drive will take you to Perle Beach with its magnificent sunsets, followed by Anse Rifflet, where the TV series "Death in Paradise" was filmed. These are beaches free of sargassum seaweed on the Caribbean Sea. 35 km away, the Cousteau Reserve awaits you for swimming with turtles and beautiful fish. You can also find excursions to see dolphins, whales (in season), and other cetaceans. The Sofaia sulphur showers and the starting point for the Three Horns waterfall hike are right next door.
