At Riverside Treehouse, guests are greeted with soaring ceilings, floods of sunlight, and breathtaking views of the Eagle River and surrounding mountains. Come together in the open-concept living area, where a three-seat leather sofa, ottoman, and three sitting chairs provide seating for six. Keep cozy by the gas fireplace with stone hearth, and watch your favorite movies and shows on the 32” flat-screen TV with DVD player.

The well-stocked kitchen is equipped with a double stainless-steel sink and a full suite of appliances. Spend quiet mornings sipping coffee at the breakfast bar with two chairs, and gather for brunch in the dining area, where an antler chandelier hangs above a wood table set for four. Get some fresh air on the private balcony overlooking the Eagle River and the surrounding mountains. In the evenings, fire up the grill and dine al fresco at a bistro table with seating for two. Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer set.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
