About this property

The duplex is located at Amarilla Bay and has beautiful views on the ocean, mountains and swimming pool. The apartment has a new kitchen and in August 2016 it was entirely re-furbished with new furniture. The apartment has two comfortable sleeping rooms, one with a masterbed and one with two individual beds. The living rooms has two new sofas and a tv with satelite dish give you access to 65 television and 20 radio channels. The apartment has a new kitchen with all modern kitchen appliances. The apartment has also 2 bathrooms, in one you can enjoy taking a shower, in the other you can take a bath. The apartment has 3 balconies, two of them have very nice views! (>>See pictures!!). The tenants have access to the swimming pool to take a refreshing dive. The two bathrooms have been fully renovated in May 2017. They apartment is equipped with WIFI with Fiberspeed!

Great place

This was ideal for us as a family of four. Apartment had everything that we needed for our stay and communication from Rob was great. Apartment was a great size and having the balconys gave a bit of extra room. It was very clean and spacious. Not too far from the bus stop to Los Cristianos. Lots of supermarkets nearby and some really good restaurants. Would highly recommend

We stayed at this fantastic apartment , December 2022, and loved every moment spent there .
