Quietly located 2.5 room apartment with small balcony

Very cozy apartment - fair apartment !.

2.5 rooms, 48 sqm, 1. Floor with balcony to the south side!

Very quiet location in a small side street and yet in central proximity to the A 40 motorway and the Essen-Steele S-Bahn! Messe Essen can be reached by public transport in just 20 minutes. In addition, the small Steeler City (reachable on foot in 5 minutes) with many small restaurants and quaint pubs offers a good opportunity to be pampered!

Furnishing:

The kitchen is fully equipped! Everything is there that is necessary for self-sufficiency. Coffee (Senseo) and tea are available free of charge. For an additional charge, we can also put together a breakfast for you.

The living room is very comfortably furnished. In summer you can relax on the small balcony on the south side. Of course there is a TV in the living room and a DVD player. Our highlight: with free WiFi!

The bedroom is very large and can accommodate 3 beds and is also equipped with a TV. Bed linen is included in the price. The bathroom was completely renovated in October 2011 and is now a modern shower room! Hand and bath towels are included in the price.

The apartment is covered with laminate and suitable for allergy sufferers! Final cleaning included!

Als wir am Freitag Abend die Ferienwohnung bezogen haben, war Annette sehr freundlich zu uns und hat uns jedes kleine Detail erklärt.Sie hat uns sogar zwei Flaschen Bier in den Kühlschrank gestellt als eine Willkommensgeste, was wir beide sehr nett fanden.Die Wohnung war schön gemütlich und hell man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt.Die Lage war recht gut, zum nächsten Supermarkt brauchte man mit dem Auto nur etwa 5 Minuten. Um nach Dortmund zur Westfalenhalle zu kommen benötigt man etwa 30 Minuten.Um in's Essener Stadtzentrum zu kommen benötigt man etwa 15-20 Minuten.Alles in allem kann ich diese Ferienwohnung bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Schöne, helle Wohnung

Wir haben 4 Nächte dort verbracht und haben eine tolle Zeit gehabt. Die Wohnung ist sauber, aufgeräumt und geräumig. Mit dem Auto kann man in der Straße davor parken.Wir durften sogar unsere mitgebrachten Fahrräder in die Garage abstellen!

Gemütliche Wohnung in verkehrsgünstiger Lage

Die Wohnung liegt nahe zum S Bahnhof Essen Steele in ruhiger Lage. Die Kommunikation und der checkin waren sehr freundlich und einfach. Alles in der Wohnung funktionierte prima und war blitzsauber. Es gibt ein großes Zimmer mit drei sehr weichen Einzelbetten, ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit TV und kleinem Balkon, Bad mit Dusche und eine hübsche kleine Küche mit allem Notwendigen. Wir können diese FeWo von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in der hervorragend ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Annette ist eine besonders aufmerksame freundliche Gastgeberin, deren Fröhlichkeit ansteckt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und doch zentral. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus. Zur S-Bahnstation sind es gerade mal 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Es war rundrum einfach toll. Vielen Dank.
