House Roland in Usedom, Germany

Somewhat off the beaten path, but close enough to both the wide sandy beach and the center of Zinnowitz with its famous pier, its cafés, restaurants and shops located in a peaceful, sunny location, the residential complex "House Roland" with garden, all annual. Swimming pool, sauna, bicycle storage room and free parking. In near the forest located, our house is the ideal location for walking, biking and beach holiday. Because both the center of Zinnowitz, the Baltic Sea beach and the backwaters are conveniently located about 10 minutes walking distance, the pier can be reached in under 20 minutes.
General information:
The newly renovated apartment can be rented out to up four people. It is fully furnished and fully equipped. The floor is tiled bright, durable and easy to clean. Kitchenette and furniture are kept warm friendly beech.
It is a Non smoking apartment.
Living and dining room: Fully furnished with a sofa bed (mattress 140 x 205 cm), 1 armchair, coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs, sideboard, 3D satellite / cable TV 106cm, radio, CD player, Internet - Clock with Thermometer, Info wallet, WiFi (very slow)

In der Fewo blieben keine Wünsche offen, es wurde an alles gedacht. Die Sauna und der Pool waren auch eine Wohltat.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub erlebt. Die FW ist schön. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist das Schwimmbad und die Sauna ideal. Die Lage ist völlig in Ordnung. Wir haben einen Fahrradurlaub verbracht. Die Unterbringung der Fahrräder ist optimal.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben ein paar wunderschöne Tage in Zinnowitz in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbringen dürfen. Die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum und zum Strand mit der schönen Promenade war perfekt für uns. Werden auf alle Fälle diese Wohnung nochmal nutzen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Balkon und 2 gemütlichen Zimmern.. Dass beste war für uns dass Schwimmbad und die Sauna im EG.Man hat einen Parkplatz vorm Haus, was man gut stehen lassen kann, weil alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Vor der Ferienwohnung bis zum Strand kann man schön durch den Wald gehen, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat.. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen..

Erholung pur

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Küche hat alles, was man bei längerem Aufenthalt zum Kochen braucht, sogar zwei Tupperdosen etc. . Die Betten sind sehr bequem und über die Hausmappe erfährt man, dass zwei unterschiedliche Matratzenhärten vorhanden sind, so dass man sich das passendere Bett wählen kann. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt und konnten uns so perfekt erholen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war perfekt und durch die Schlüsselbox die Anreise entspannt. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen!!

Gemütliche Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer FeWo-Anlage nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt und verfügt über einen Parkplatz. Der ist in der Lage Gold wert! Der Vermieter gibt wertvolle Tips, v.a. der Weg durch den Wald zum Strand ist toll. Wir waren für ein langes Wochenende Anfang März da und hatten daher kaum "Nachbarn". Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ausgelegt, alles darüber ist sehr beengt. Die Ausstattung ist gut, einzig das Sofa ist durchgesessen und ein Bettgestell quietscht arg - die Matratze ist gut! Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, wir haben uns sehr über die Spielesammlung gefreut, die sich in der Wohnung befindet.

Tolle Lage

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit einer tollen Lage. Schlicht ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Der check-in verlief Kontaktlos, fanden wir völlig ok und der Check-out auch. Wir haben die Wohnung sauber vorgefunden und sie machte einen super Eindruck. Ohne die Heizung zu benutzen war es sehr sehr warm in der Wohnung. Die Couch und der „Sessel“ sind leider sehr durchgessen und dadurch unbequem. Im Schlafzimmer die zwei Betten auch, was uns Rückenschmerzen bereitete. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, wir dachten schnell Abend mal eine Lassgne in den Ofen hauen und gut… pustekuchen, der Ofen heizt so langsam das wir 1h warten mussten, Brötchen brauchten früh zum aufbacken auch sehr sehr lange und die Herdplatten liesen auch auf sich warten beim erhitzen. Aber naja, wir haben damit gelebt und waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden und hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Eigentlich eine tolle Ferienwohnung. Leider war das Schwimmbad coronabedingt geschlossen. Es gab keine Seife im Apartment und unsere Handtücher/Bettwäsche/Babybett wurden erst vergessen. Ging dann nach anfänglichem Durcheinander aber alles gut. Wir würden wiederkommen! Vielen Dank

Top Unterkunft angenehme Kommunikation mit Vermieter

Gesamteindruck sauber und ordentlich. Parkplätze stehen für alle Urlauber zu Verfügung sind sehr eng. Gute Lage. Etwas vom Trubel abgelegen und trotzdem zentral gelegen.

Kompakte Wohnung zum angemessenen Preis

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, allerdings muss ich einen Stern für das Schlafsofa abziehen. Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Lage. Nach einen ca. 10 min. Fussmarsch ist man am Strand bzw. im Zentrum. Die Strandpromenade ist gepflegt. Das Wetter hätte besser sein können, weshalb wir 2x das Clubkino besucht haben, was empfehlenswert ist.
