Welcome to "Your Happy Place" here on beautiful coastal Hilton Head Island. You will love the island feel of this end unit condo overlooking the lagoon and one of the three pools. Absolutely the best view in Treetops!! You will be just a 10 minute walk or bike ride to Coligny Beach Access and Lowcountry Celebration Park.

Happy in the Happy Place

The condo was very spacious and clean. We loved all of the trees and lagoon view which gave us some nice privacy. The pool was close by and clean with plenty of chairs. It lacked a few necessities such as a measuring cup, broom and dust pan, tongs and drain plug in guest bathtub. A TV in the second bedroom would be nice as well as a ceiling fan or two. I can’t say enough good things about responsiveness of the host. The auto door lock died one evening and we were locked out. I messaged the host and she responded within 10 min with code to master key lock. From beginning to end of our trip the host was always available. It is located close to Coligny and Centennial Park. We drove as we had 2 young ones but would’ve been an easy walk as well. It is quite a distance from where you park your car and there are more stairs than we realized. The elevator is quite a distance and parking in circle by it was limited. Again we had a wonderful stay and it had most of what we needed.

I had a wonderful stay. The amenities were good. The washer and dryer were outstanding.

My overall experience was very good. Owner was accommodating and very helpful. Her directions to the property was outstanding. Thanks for a great time!

Review

Jennifer was a great host! She was very attentive to our needs and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo was easy to find with Jennifer’s directions. The only complaints we had was the cleanliness of the condo, but Jennifer was quick to address the issues. Also, we wish we had known there was an elevator to use for our bags and beach cart, since condo is on the second floor. Otherwise, we would stay again. It’s a 8-10 minute nice walk to the beach and the condo is full of amenities for the beach..

Great comms with owners, a bit of a hike

The owners are extremely friendly and responsive. Truly delightful to work with. The place is very cute and accommodated our family well. The only draw back is that the unit is very far from parking and up three flights of stairs. The listing didn’t accurately portray that and we would not have chosen this property if we had known that. The owners are very accommodating and it is very centrally located and well priced for all that you want to do on HHI. Bang for the buck is *VERY* high, just requires a little bit of stamina (great for young folks with no knee/back problems like we have!)
