"Welcome to 22 Ocean Club a Oceanfront condo, with a courtyard view!

22 Ocean Club is a lovely two bedroom/ bathroom condo just steps away from the beach! Located in a gated oceanfront complex that features a community pool, and a large sun deck for bathing, private beach access and a outdoor shower by the beach entry. All while being close to shopping, restaurants and Lowcountry Celebration Park and more!

Just inside the front door you are welcomed to the kitchen. The kitchen features granite counter tops and all of you appliance needs, within the kitchen is also the washer and dryer and a door that leads to the garbage cans for convenience! Just past the kitchen is the large dining table has chairs for 6, plenty of room for everyone, this room is also open to the living room with large flat screen TV, sleeper sofa and sliding glass door to the back patio where you can find a grill!

Up the stairs is where you find the bedrooms. The first and main bedroom is the Master king bedroom with a single vanity sink and shower/tub combination perfect for privacy and relaxation. The other bedroom features two twin beds that has a hallway bathroom with a single vanity sink and walk-in shower that can fit all guest needs!

We were there during hurricane Debby, but still had an incredibly fun time. We walked to the beach in the rain swam in the rain played golf in the rain rode our bikes in the rain did everything in the rain…it kept the temperature down…great location.

Great getaway with family and friends

We booked with friends at an adjacent condo. Number 22 is perfect for game nights with the large table and they were in 23, so between the two there was a little yard for the kids to play while we cooked dinners. The pool is a great meet up space for other families and was never too crowded. An easy walk to the beach and to the shops. I don’t want to make it sound too nice-because we don’t want the secret out of our little vacation spot.

Nice stay!

The property location and amenities are hard to beat. Steps to a nice courtyard pool and no roads to cross for beach access. Property was in a gated complex providing for safe, low traffic stay. Unit was equipped with everything we needed and Beachside checked in often on how our stay was going. Overal nice stay and a place we would definitely come back to again.

Great beach week!

Ocean Club is a great location for a week in Hilton Head! Steps from the beach, restaurants, shopping , etc. the property was clean and the management company was great! Very responsive and helped with whatever we needed! I would definitely stay at 22 Ocean Club again.

Great condo and location

Perfect for my wife, son and daughter in law. Great location to walk to restaurants etc. far enough from public beach to avoid crowd. Clean and comfortable. Good contact with management.

HHI 2023

We try come with another couple every year. This place has wonderful location, clean and comfortable. Easy check in and gate access. Maybe some new mattresses and pillows but over all a GREAT PROPERTY and we would definitely rent again!

Overall, a grrat experience

We have been in this condo complex before, but in a differeny condo. So we had some expectations. Location is great, 5 stars. Proprty mgmnt. was great, quick responding and helpful 5 stars. The condo was functioning and had everything we needed. We give the condo 3.5 stars for looking very used and at times an unpleasent odor.

Great Place for Great price

Great location, and price was right for being so close to the beach. Not a fan of having only 1 parking space but we made it work. Wifi ran at 2 mbps, super slow and I had to work one day so I had to leave and find a public hotspot. Overall a great stay, would come back again :)

Good family trip

Location and amenities great. We had family staying in another unit across the pool that made it convenient to be with them throughout the week. Rode our bike to a park close by. The pool was a life safer and we took the kids daily. The beach cart was a nice surprise- very helpful as well as the two additional beach chairs for us to use there. Downside- The master bed was not comfortable unfortunately. The twin cot did not stay level once set up. Only one beach towel in the unit to use so we just used and made due with our own. The patios are very close to each other, so if smoke bothers you, keep that in mind. That made for some occasional unpleasant walk bys to the beach/pool.

Wonderful property

We had a fantastic stay at 22 Ocean Club. Everything was perfect upon arrival and the condo is very well appointed and nicely furnished. The property is a very short walk to the wide, beautiful beach. Beachside Getaways provided linens and towels and checked in on us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We absolutely will be back!

Great Location!

This place is in a great spot, close enough to walk to resturants and a short walk onto the beach. We had a bunch of issues with our flight and had to shuffle some check in and check out days around. The crew that managed this property was awesome! They were super helpful and accomodating and when your vacation is close to being a total bust, that really means something. It is a really nice condo. The living room furniture was very nice and comfortable, the whole place was decorated very nicely too. The master bed was pretty firm and that bedroom seemed a bit stuffy until we found the fan in the closet. There were a few things that could have been cleaner and when you first walk in there is bit of a musty smell, but nothing serious. The pool was really nice and even heated! We weren't sure it would be in mid-March, but we lucket out there. There is a cool path down to the beach with a nice boardwalk. The beach itself is great gentle waves by shore and you can walk out a long ways before getting to knee deep. We actually preferred to walk the beach back and forth from the Coligny area, aside from the obvious beauty of the beach, it seemed faster and less bike traffic.
