This condo has been a beloved getaway for years with consistent 5 STAR reviews under previous owners. We are the proud new owners and are committed to continuing the same top notch hospitality and guest experience. We welcome you!
The location of this stunning, lagoon view 2 bedroom/ 3 full bathrooms, penthouse is outstanding as it’s across the street from the beach, a block from the Coligny Plaza shops, restaurants, beach bars & bike rentals. We are also adjacent to the beautiful Lowcountry Celebration Park. Be sure to check the event calendar to see what fun activities or concerts might be happening during your stay with us. Our place is perfect whether you are traveling with kids, adults, friends-there is something here for everyone to enjoy!

The penthouse villa is on the complex’s top 4/5th floor and features a spacious contemporary living room with an eye catching stone wall, spacious granite kitchen equipped with everything you’ll need to cook meals, balcony that overlooks a lagoon, upgraded WiFi, lots of beach/recreational amenities, bikes, tennis/pickleball rackets & balls and an underground parking garage with luggage carts to make unloading a snap. Villa comes with free tennis and pickle ball courts and a wonderful pool for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an oversized chair that easily converts to a twin bed. The second bedroom features a twin XL over queen with twin XL pullout trundle bunk bed. The living room also has an oversized chair that easily converts to a twin bed. The villa is 1,160 square feet and comfortably sleeps 8 people and offers guests a relaxing place to enjoy their vacation, along with the convenience of being a short one block walk to shops, restaurants, beach bars and bike rentals.

As owners we try hard to ensure your vacation is hassle free making sure your villa has everything you’ll need for a perfect beach getaway including beach: chairs, umbrellas, wagon, towels, pails/shovels/sand molds, kites, boogie boards as well as tennis/pickle ball rackets & balls, rain gear, and bike helmets & bike lights. Bike rental around the corner, Pedals Bicycle at 71 Pope St. You can ride bikes on bike paths- all over the island and you can ride on the beach! So fun!

My husband, our 2 young girls and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything we need was supplied by the hosts of this condo. There was no need to over pack beach or entertainment items. Everything was in walking distance. Very comfortable and we felt right at home. Will be booking again.

Great Location, Pictures are accurate. Walkable to the beach. Nice condo - the only thing on our stay issue we had was the main fridge was missed during cleaning. Other than that everything else was clean and as described in the listing.

Great Stay!!

I could not have been happier with my stay at this property! The condo was super clean and updated! Kitchen had everything we needed and all the sports equipment/beach gear was great to have. The condo was very spacious and accommodated everyone who stayed the weekend well! The whole complex is nice and quiet, and is in a great location with easy walk to beach and shops at Coligny. Property owner was super accommodating for all my questions and needs during my stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Terrific Time in the Lowcountry

We had a terrific time at the condo. The instruction packet was the most detailed that we have ever seen. Kudos to the hosts. Everything was covered. Easy check-in, comfortable beds, great kitchen and the place was immaculate. We used the beach chairs and beach cart to transport them. The binder of info in the kitchen was full of information as well. We will definitely stay here again if we return as the experience was terrific and it is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Great Place and Great Location

This condo was fantastic. The pictures on VRBO accurately depict the layout of the condo. There is a kitchen, dining area, living room and full bathroom downstairs, with two bedrooms and full bathrooms upstairs. Parking is abundant and the condo is located in the heart of Coligny Beach. The condo was clean and well supplied. We highly recommend this condo and would stay there again.

Location, beautiful condo, location

My wife and I came for a long weekend to relax, visit with friends and get some sun. The condo is beautiful and well decorated. We used the bikes on several occasions. We walked to Coligny Square and the beach several times. Location, location, location! This spacious condo is near everything you need for a vacation. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back to HHI!

I have stayed at many locations in the past. This has been by far the best. Owner has labeled many things throughout the location to make things easy. It is just a short walk to the beach.

Going to Hilton Head over July 4th is a mistake

The condo was fine. We had a couple of minor complaints such as the auxiliary ice maker not functioning and challenges using the dryer, but overall the unit is as advertised and is nice. Very clean and roomy.

Great property!

Everything about this condo was perfect. The space was large, open and perfect for a great beach trip. The location to the beach was only a very short walk. They even had two bikes that we were able to use the entire time. The bike trail is just right outside the parking area and was absolutely beautiful. We even walked and sometimes biked over to all the shops and ice cream shop. We will definitely be booking again.

We are NEW to VRBO but our property is not. Many guests have raved about staying at our property!!! My husband and I live in New Hampshire and have always loved coastal living. Our favorite ways to unwind here include long walks on the beach, a round of golf, relaxing by the pool, taking a bike ride, catching live music whenever we can. We are also trying to embrace pickle ball too!
I have worked in the travel industry and held my real estate license, so becoming a VRBO host feels like the perfect opportunity to combine my experience with my love for hospitality. It will be a joy to welcome guests from all over and help make their stay both comfortable and memorable.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with all of Hilton Head a few years ago, and Coligny Beach quickly became our favorite spot. With its beautiful shoreline, the lively Tiki Hut featuring live music all day, great restaurants, shops, fishing, golfing, biking and a beautiful park full of year-round events. It has everything we dreamed of. Owning a beach home here was always a goal so when this property became available, we knew it would be the perfect fit for our family and future guests. The location truly couldnt be better! We hope you will love it and want to come back!

It may be a two bedroom home but it is spacious enough to have 8 guests. Especially with 3 full bathrooms, 8 people can stay here comfortably.
