Quiet wooded townhouse designed condo located right off Folley Field Road.

This quaint and casual beach inspired corner unit condo is a short walk to the beach and is tucked away in a quiet wooded area that is very relaxing. Large living area, fully stocked kitchen featuring 2 patio areas for grilling dining and entertaining.

This home offers a wonderful layout that allows everyone to gather together and spread out. The first floor has a living room with open floor plan and access to back and side patio. Just off the kitchen, is a family room including a desk and work space. On the second floor, 1 master suite with king bed and private bath. The second and third bedroom both have queen beds and share full bath.

The back patio has sitting area for 4 and grille. The front patio has a dining area seats 6 with retractable umbrella.

Fully stocked and functional kitchen with everything you'll need. Free designated parking right out side the condo washer and dryer in the unit

This house is very nicely decorated in a stylish and cozy spirit that will make you feel home right away.

Fully furnished with everything you'll need including: beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach buggy, central heat and air, wifi , and stocked kitchen.

Please note that for your convenience we provide starter packs that include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent, we don't restock these items during your visit.

Spring break!

Had a wonderful time at this condo. Really close walk to the beach. The condo is very clean and spacious. Had just about everything we needed. Would definitely come back again.

Nice condo!

We were in town for a week at the end of February. This condo itself was in a great location and had everything we needed. Unfortunately 2 days before we were to leave I tripped and fell and broke my elbow. There is a section of the sidewalk that has a 2-3" difference between the cement and grass. We ended up leaving a day early. I did reach out to the owner to let him know what had happened. His only question was where did I fall? I thought maybe he would at least refund me one nights stay, but didn't. I was not the only one in my party to trip, my father and husband also had tripped at other times. This seems to me to be a hazard that should be addressed.

Fall Break Mini Vacay

Spent 3 nights in HHI with my daughter & 3 grandkids for Fall Break. The condo was spacious & convenient. We all loved the master bedroom. The King bed is so comfortable! We had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer.
