We had a wonderful stay. The property is the perfect distance from Coligny Plaza and the beach. They had everything we needed in the condo including everything we needed for the beach and a portable crib for our toddler! The property is clean, pretty, and well maintained. We had an issue with one of the shower heads and messaged the host, Bryan replied very quickly and came out and replaced it completely! We were so impressed! We will likely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

The property was well kept overall but couch and chairs required a good cleaning. The second bathroom tub was unsafe for elderly people with toilet paper hard to reach and tub dirty. Doors needed a good cleaning in bedroom and bathroom. Area was great! Some of the beach chairs were dirty. More attention to detail needed.

We were very pleased with our stay! Most stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen. The only item we had to buy was trash bags as only one provided. Great location! Close to beach, access to multiple pools made it very convenient! Covered parking in garage which was a nice plus! We used the wagon provided for the beach! There was a pack and play in the unit which was nice for the 1 year old that was with us. Walking distance to everything! We will be back to stay here!

Ouch… a four-star review. We did have an Internet outage for a few hours during Antoinette’s stay that likely cost us a star. We did work very quickly once we were notified to contact Spectrum and solve the problem.

The pool at North Shore Place was quite cold but the pool at Seacrest was very nice.Parking was easy and convenient. TV’s were questionable. The streaming one in living area froze oftenOverall—very nice stay!

Great property! We typically stay in Shipyard area so this was a change for us but we loved the unit and the location. Having access to both pools and amenities was a really nice addition. We definitely plan to return!!!

The VRBO was everything wanted and more. The property was updated and very up to date in home decor. The location was great. He provided everything we would need for the beach . Wagon, chairs , umbrella and beach toys. Access to Seacrest pool and beach access. The pool at the VRBO was closed and the hot tub was down several days but having access to Seacrest was a huge plus. I would give it a 10 but the Master bedroom mattress needs some TLC. Very nosy and squeaky.

Property is in a great location with convenient walking distance access to beach, shopping, groceries and restaurants. Condo was a perfect setup with all needs covered. Very clean, with comfortable beds and an excellent balcony for your evening glass of wine or meal. Brian was very easy to contact and provided very fast responses to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We had a fantastic week at North Shore 405 - it was an amazing location for the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The condo worked very well for our girls trip and we especially enjoyed the patio and access to the Seacrest beach/pool. Brian was very responsive and great to work with and we would absolutely stay here again on a future trip!
