Nestled in the heart of Seminole, 2 bd/1 ba completely updated home is minutes away from the beautiful beaches and one block from the Pinellas Trail. Relax in the backyard after a day at the beach - clean and pristine, above ground pool, fully stocked with a fire pit, screened in patio, and a grand Old Smokey for easy grilling.

Inside, the home is "home away from home". Fully loaded with all the essentials from kitchenware, pots/pans, to a baby crib and stroller. Stay a while and work from home while on vacation. WiFi, cable, lawn and pool maintenance all included. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood - you will see families with younger children and retirees. Primary bedroom features King-sized bed. Second bedroom has two twins. If your family is a bit bigger, the couch is a comfy Queen sized pull-out.

Equipped with bikes and washer and dryer, all you need to bring is your clothes and bathing suit!

Felt like home

This home was everything we could have hoped for our family. It had all the amenities we needed and then some. The beds are comfortable and we LOVED the outdoor screened in porch. The pool was perfect for our family. The house is in a safe area and only a 7 minute drive to the beaches. We spent a lot of time at John’s Pass, which is only about 12-15 minutes from the home. Owners were responsive and helpful and left detailed instructions on check-in and check-out. Our only regret is not staying longer!

Great place to hang out away from the northern winter

Enjoyed relaxing in the pool and cooking in the backyard. Short ride to Indian shores beach for our daily walk. Made for a great spring break!

Angela is a top producing realtor in the Tampa Bay/St. Pete area and the designer of all of our properties while I handle the maintenance and management.
