Great Property!

Location was perfect! Many restaurants close, as well as things to do. Would highly recommend and would stay again ourselves!

Getaway

This was our second time staying at this property. Overall it was exactly what we expected, only thing that was wrong was floor needed moping and microwave didnt work properly. Both things i mentioned to Jamie (only small problems) and she said she would make it right. She was also very easy to get in contact with as far as check in and any issues that arrised. Very please again over all.

Do not book at this property! They double booked me and didn’t tell me until I was trying to check in. I booked 3 months in advance. The host never got back to me, I had to call VRBO customer service and was on the phone with them for 3 hours until I finally just booked a last minute hotel for myself.

Dated property with outdated windows allowing frigid drafts

The decorations were nice, Nice kitchen remodel. Bed extremely soft and inadequate for rental. Metal window in Mstr. leaks air, allowing for frigid cold to blow in. It was masked by curtains closed upon arrival. This should be replaced. A guest book inside the property would be helpful for internet codes and directions for how to use remotes & coffee makers. Nice location in town. Easy access from highway and parking adequate.

Nice apartment. Great bed/mattress.

We only got to stay there one night instead of two because I became ill and we headed home. The apartment was nice and comfortable. The building, however, is a bit dated and the apartment is on an upper floor. If you have a lot of luggage this is difficult, but they do have a fast elevator. The host was kind and helpful when I had to contact her about the checkin process. The parking was difficult, because someone failed to leave the parking pass for the building's main parking. Also, the owner should think about installing a better, more secure lock on the apartment's door.

Last minute cancellation by owner

Last minute cancellation by owner - by last minute I mean after check in time 2 days after it was booked and confirmed after repeated requests for check in instructions. I would have lost my money. I had to contact Vrbo who contacted the owner who said she would contact me right away with check in instructions. 2 minutes later the owner cancelled citing it had been booked on another platform. Buyer beware.

Nice location

Perfect location to enjoy the Midtown Crossings neighborhood. The lack of instructions for parking was very frustrating. I emailed and asked where to park and was told it would be sent later that day. The parking garage we were supposed to park in is closed. We had to find parking offsite. As a property manager you should be aware of this and make sure the guests are too. The apartment was clean and had a beautiful view from the balcony. If you suffer from allergies I do not recommend staying here. Mine were horrible while I was in the apartment. Not sure what is going on with that. The bed was comfy. The kitchen is very modern and updated nicely. The bathroom does not have a plug-in in it, so please bring an extension cord so you can use the one in the hallway.

Visiting Family

Not at all what we expected! Booked for 7 nights, stayed only one night. Air conditioner was either on or off, thermostat does not work. No power outlet in bath. No bedroom drawer storage and the shelves in the hall closet were so dusty could not put anything on them. Very uncomfortable!! Not what we normally get with VRBO.

Nice property with parking and just a quick Uber ride down to downtown. Also some nice restaurants within walking distance.
