The villa consists of a large living room overlooking the pool and terrace. You can rest there, and enjoy the giant screen or prolonged discussions in this very large sofa, hyper comfortable.

The spacious and fully equipped kitchen, ideal to enjoy the services of our chef at home for your stay, (optional services to book in advance) also overlooks the living-dining area.

The sleeping area, accessible from the entrance, serves the laundry room with dryer and washing machine; and the four bedrooms.

A first bedroom, entrance side of the house, with two single beds that can be linked to form a double bed, new bedding, closet with wardrobe and shelf. And a workspace for fans of working at home.

A second bedroom garden side, is also composed of two single beds that can be closer. New bedding, closet with wardrobe and shelf.

The third bedroom is a leap in time with its double bed 140 vintage is its two bedside tables, closet with wardrobe and shelf.

And finally the master suite with double bed in 160, its tv, and its huge dressing room, enough to bring all your most beautiful outfits to shine during your holidays ladies. A bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet completes this suite.

Back to the entrance where you will find, the shared bathroom with bathtub and large walk-in shower, as well as a double sink; and a separate toilet.

The outdoor space has the perfect composition, since the terrace is shaded in its entirety for a leisurely lunch.
The plancha gas is placed on a sheltered worktop for beautiful grills and extended lunches. The outdoor table seats 8 people and 10/12 in extension mode. This can allow you to invite friends for dinner.

The salt pool is heated to 27*c. size 8x4m, ideal for swimming and enjoying the sun.
An outdoor lounge is also sheltered.

Finally, you will understand, all the comforts are present to enjoy both outside and inside your holiday.

Two parking spaces are present in the property and a bike rack to store them sheltered.

In order to respect the tranquility of the residents' neighborhood year-round, we ask you to respect the quiet hours to be respected.

Thank you: Close the shutters before leaving. Clean dishes. To empty your garbage and take it out of the house. To leave the pillow and mattress protectors in place.

Soft mobility trips are favoured and everything you need is present to move safely with the cycle paths of the region. To reach the beaches, the car will be faster but you will not be able to admire the fauna and flora as a bike ride will allow you.
