The Space
The superhosts who brought you Njem Haus in Fredericksburg, TX have been hard at work designing the perfect forest cabin. This stunning getaway was designed in partnership with Kathryn from @GetawayTX, creator of the Lake Travis Treehouse, Cotton Haus and the Austin Retro School Bus.
Njem Retreat is waiting for you and your loved ones whenever you want to escape the noise of the city, savor the fresh air and enjoy some quality time together. The property has three cabins (separated by a courtyard) and two kitchens. This retreat sleeps 14, with luxurious bamboo mattress pads, 600 thread count cotton sheets and fluffy comforters on every bed.
It’s the perfect spot to share stories while roasting marshmallows around the fire with friends, or watch the dazzling stars with your soulmate. Play an original PacMan arcade from the 80s (includes 60 different games) in the arcade room, dine in the fresh air on the second floor with amazing views, or unwind with a glass of wine in the hot tub.
Listen to the birds sing as you kick back in a rocking chair on the porch, or take a hike through the quiet forest trails. You’ll be walking distance to the Toccoa River with access, so don’t forget to bring your fishing rod.
Freshly built and designed with an eye for stylish, luxurious details, this beautiful retreat brings elegance to the wild forests of Georgia. With natural materials like wood, leather and stone, the decor feels perfectly in tune with the surroundings.
Plus, Njem Retreat has something unique you won’t find anywhere else: a private bathhouse with a free-standing clawfoot tub. Sink down into a deep bubble bath while gazing out at the floor to ceiling open air views of the sunlight shimmering through the forest canopy.

Guest Access:
Let yourself in with the self-check in. You’ll receive the code to the lockbox when you make your booking. You’ll have the entire property to yourself during your stay.

Interaction With Guests:
You’ll have the entire home to yourself during your stay. You’ll be provided with one code for all three exterior entries.

Security Deposit MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO CHECK-IN and are refunded within 7 days of checkout.
**Njem Retreat is cleaned to CDC Covid Standards, inside and outside, after every guest. **The hot tub is completely drained, refilled and chlorinated between every guest. We also provide hand sanitizer for our guests.
**Planning to bring your furry friend on your trip? Pets are welcome upon approval and there are many beautiful walking trails to explore. Please contact us to request to bring your pet.
**Old BathHouse:
Please be aware that the bathhouse is inoperable during winter months due to inclement weather.

The Neighborhood:
We have our own little hiking trail on our 4 acre property that leads down to a stream and the Toccoa River. The scenery alone is enough to draw most people to Blue Ridge. After all, there’s nothing quite like being surrounded by peaceful forests and majestic mountains. But when you arrive here, you’ll discover so much more to add to your travel itinerary.
Pop into the town of Blue Ridge itself and take a stroll to peruse the local shops and art galleries. Make a visit to Bear Claw Vineyards, where you can sip a red or white while gazing out at the mountain peaks.
You can even take a ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, which winds through the lush greenery of the Chattahoochee National Forest along the banks of the Toccoa River. Go apple picking at Mercier Orchards (less than 10 minutes down the road!) and don’t miss the chance to taste their delicious fried hand pies.
If it’s hiking you’re after, the Aska Adventure Area is located just south of the town. It has several gorgeous trails, including the 2.8 mile Green Mountain Loop and the 6 mile Flat Creek Loop.
