Cozy non-smoking holiday apartment with south-facing balcony in a well-tended 4 residential unit. Holiday house in a quiet side street location in the seaside resort of Neßmersiel on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Occupancy up to 2 adults, 1 child up to 130cm and a baby.   Nessmersiel is also often referred to as the mecca of mudflat hikers, since most of the mudflat hikes on the North Sea coast start from here. Beach, harbor and the Sturmfrei family center with wellness oasis are within walking distance.

200-125a:
Open living and dining area with a cozy East Frisian seating area and flat-screen TV, dining table with seating and fitted kitchen with fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric stove with oven and all necessary electrical appliances. Balcony.   Bedroom with double bed and a full cot (approx. 140 cm). Occupancy up to 2 adults, 1 child up to 130cm and a baby.   Daylight bathroom with shower and toilet.   The floors are covered with foot-friendly cork.  If you do not want to bring your own bed linen and towels, you can rent them from us.

Was uns etwas entsetzt hat, war, dass wir bei unserer Ankunft an einem Sonntag Nachmittag weder ein einziges Blatt Toilettenpapier noch Haushaltspapier vorfanden. Außerdem fehlten Lappen/Schwamm/Geschirrtuch, sodass wir weder Spüle noch Waschbecken säubern bzw. abwischen konnten! Flüssigseife in einem Spender im Bad fehlte auch. Diese Dinge gehören meiner Meinung nach zur Grundausstattung. Ansonsten war aber alles okay!

Hat ihren Zweck erfüllt ,mehr leider nicht...sehr schade

Leider mussten wir feststellen das die Wohnung nicht zu 100% sauber war. Die Scheiben der Dusche noch dreckig ...Haare im Bad vom Vormieter...überall auf dem Boden in der Wohnung sand ,sodass wir das Gefühl hatten das da 5 paar Schuhe leer gemacht wurden vom Strand. Leider hat die Wohnung kein WLAN und das Netz dort ist mehr als schlecht. Wären wir nicht mit meinen Eltern angereist die in ihrer Wohnung WLAN hatten ,wären wir echt aufgeschmissen gewesen. Ansich ist die Wohnung schön. Altmodische Möbel, aber sie dienen ihrem Zweck. Nichts desto trotz würden wir die Wohnung leider nicht weiter empfehlen.
