Das Apartment Tres Mares ist direkt an der Strandpromenade von Armação de Pêra gelegen und befindet sich im 2. Stock (Lift ist vorhanden). Von Ihrem Balkon aus haben Sie einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Sie brauchen nur die Promenade zu überqueren und befinden sich dann an dem traumhaften Strand "Praia Dos Pescadores". Alle Ihre Einkäufe können Sie zu Fuß erledigen.

Wie viele unserer Apartments verfügt auch dieses über SAT-TV ( mit allen freien deutschsprachigen Programmen )und MEO TV ( 90 portugiesischen Sender , Serien und Filme teilweise in englischer Originalsprache ) sowie schnelles Glasfaser Internet. Die Zimmer haben teilweise Klimaanlage oder aber Deckenventilatoren. Sie haben von Ihrem Wohnzimmer, von Ihrer Küche und von einem der Schlafzimmer aus einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer.

An der Promenade von Armação de Pêra lädt sie eine Vielzahl verschiedener Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars zum Einkaufen und Dinieren ein.

a jewel..ocean views and so perfectly located near so many wonderful restaurants. The condo was clean, roomy, comfortable beds (only complaint the pillows) Elisabeth our contact was patient, kind and so helpful to first time visitors to Algarve. We were supposed to visit other beaches during our stay but Armação de Pêra beach was just perfect with its wide sandy beach. loved it and will be back. Thank you for a wonderful ending to our vacation.

Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war sehr unkompliziert. Das Appartment entspricht vollumfänglich den Beschreibungen. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist traumhaft.Die Küche ist gut mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Im Wohn-/Esszimmer kann man es sich gemütlich machen.

Die Lage des Apartments, der Ausblick sind grandios, man geht zur Haustür raus, ist am Strand. Parken kann man nicht am Haus, nur ausladen.Die Wohnung ist so wie abgebildet, Wohn/Esszimmer und Balkon gemütlich, Badezimmer in Ordnung (kaputte Duschhalterung und fehlende Toilettenpapierhalter wurde behoben, auch die kaputte Küchenlampe repariert.). Die nicht abgebildeten Schlafzimmer gehen zum Hinterhof, sie sind zweckmäßig ohne jede Deko eingerichtet, Matratzen okay, Kopfkissen klein und hart. Küche okay, es fehlen Kleinigkeiten (Schneidebbretter, kleine Küchenmesser, Nudelsieb,..) Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Das Unangenehmste war der Empfang durch Frau Andrea, erster Satz: So lange habe ich noch nie auf jemanden gewartet" Frage: Wo kann man am besten parken? Antwort" Wer suchet der findet. Die deutschen Fernsehprogramme fand sie auch nicht, es kam sehr schnell ein Techniker , der mir in 2 Minuten die richtige Fernbedienung erklärte. Frage nach Reinigungsmitteln (wir waren 2 Wochen da ), die müsste ich mir selbst besorgen. Keine Spur von Herzlichkeit bei diesem Empfang. Wir haben die Algarve genossen und würden das Apartment wegen der Lage auch nochmal buchen.

Leider waren die Handtücher fabrikneu und ungewaschen... die waren noch voller Chemikalien und Fusseln. Nach einer Wäsche aber dann okay....

Traumlage an wunderschönem Strand

Die Lage war nicht zu toppen. Wunderschöner langer Strand vor der Tür. Ebenso Promenade und eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, Bars und Cafés. Uns hat Elisabeth freundlich in Empfang genommen und uns hervorragend betreut. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Appartamento spazioso, luminoso, molto pulito, con tutto al posto giusto. La vista sull' oceano uno spettacolo. Unico problema trovare le cialde del caffè da Continente; se ci fosse stato un esempio in casa lo avremmo comprato esatto senza sbagliare le cialde e gustato durante le mattine con quella vista nel blu. Comunque una stupidaggine, ripagata dalla gentilezza e professionalità dimostrata. Spero di avere altre occasioni per tornare in soggiorno...magari nella stessa casa. Grazie

Great holiday

We had a great time at Armacao de Pera. The appartement was very spacious and had lots to offer. Great to be so close to the beach, just across the street. Also a lot of stores in the neighbourhood, little supermarkets 2 minutes walk, the bigger supermarkets 10 minutes. All in all we had a wonderfull time.

We stayed for a week and enjoyed the apartment very much. It has all the features you might want with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and gas stove/oven. Showers are a little tight and one setup is very tricky with the shower, toilet and sink extremely close to each other requiring alot of caution getting in and out. Beds were comfortable as was having AC. The best is the view from the balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Great place to start and end your day. Everything need is within close walking distance giving you a wide variety of restaurants and shopping nearby. The hosts/managers were easy to work with and very nice people.

Vue merveilleuse. Grand appartement, fonctionnel et agréable. S'endormir avec le son de la mer est fantastique. Alexander notre amphitryon est très sympathique. Nous reviendrons.
