Moře blízko, obchody a tržiště také. - Okolí pěkné. výhoda blízkost moře. Nevýhoda: startování letadel, kostelní zvony a hodiny. Ranní ruch ulice. Nemožnost zavřít okna protože apartmá není vybaveno klimatizací.
