About this property

Cozy cottage in a quiet location and wonderful views

The Schneeberg house is traditionally furnished and is very quiet at 1 012 meters above sea level. Due to the difference in height away from road and rail, so absolutely silent (do not be fooled by the map, we are on the mountain, it is very quiet and idyllic). The house is also accessible in the winter a well groomed private access road by car. Each room has a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. The house is located directly on the trail "Archduke Johann Promenade", which is ideal for wonderful walks and hikes. Those who want to climb higher mountains, here is the right place. In Gastein one can make great mountaineering and alpine walks. Also Montainbiker and cyclists will love the possibilities. In the house two mountain bikes are available free at your disposal.
In addition, the house has a patio and garden with barbecue. The rooms are comfortably furnished with "Zirbenmöbel". The bedrooms each have a sink and a balcony with beautiful views.
The kitchen is fully equipped, incl. Dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and much more.
In the "Zirbenstube" you will find a large table for convivial get-together and eating together. The fireplace ensures comfortable warmth. Satellite TV, cards, parlor and board games are also available.
There are 3 free parking in front of the house. The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes walk.

Schneeberghaus

Wir verbrachten mit 6 Personen eine urgemütliche Woche in diesem 100 Jahre alten Bauernhaus. Alles war, wie im Inserat beschrieben, wer das Ursprüngliche mag ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Sehr angenehm: der unkomplizierte Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Gerne wieder, zu jeder Jahreszeit!

Huset var rigtig fint, stedet var dejligt, MEN det var et kæmpe problem, at huset var iskoldt. Der var røgudvikling, når der skulle tændes op, og der var rum, som måtte holdes aflukkede, da det ikke var muligt at tænde op i de pågældende rum. Dette betød, at vi, 9 personer, måtte opholde os i køkkenet hele ugen. Varmeblæser på badeværelse virkede ikke, så vi måtte bade i iskoldt miljø, det var noget af en opgave Men ud over dette varmeproblem var huset fint og beliggenhed fantastisk

Altes Haus, welches schwierig und teuer zu heizen war

Das Haus war nicht fertig gereinigt bei Ankunft, trotz Bekanntgabe der Ankunftszeit. Es wurde eine zusätzliche Gebühr für freies WLAN verlangt. Einige Tage vor Ankunft musst eine Hausordnung bestätigt werden, dass der Hund sich nicht überall im Haus aufhalten darf, obwohl das Haus ausgewählt wurde, weil ein Hund erlaubt war. Die Energiekosten waren trotz sparsamen Verhaltens hoch für eine Woche. Die Lage war für uns gut. Die nahe Eisenbahnlinie stört wenig.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Bad Gastein. Alexander Seidl hat uns vor Ort beim Einchecken und Fragen sehr gut betreut und bei Fragen immer sofort weiter geholfen; das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und bietet einen phantastische Ausblick auf die Berge und ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Ausflüge. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ein malerischer Ort mit einem wunderbaren Häuschen

Zu allererst: herzlichen Dank für dieses schöne Urlaubsdomizil! Wir haben ein liebevollst eingerichtetes, sehr großes Ferienhäuschen in schöner Hanglage vorgefunden. Alles super sauber mit persönlicher Begrüßung und Einweisung. Es ist einfach alles da. Terasse toll, Zimmer hübsch, Vermieter sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Sport, Baden und Wandern in der Umgebung vorhanden. Einfach prima. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Gemütliches Haus, sehr gute Ausstattung!

Wir hatten einen gelungenen Aufenthalt im Schneeberghaus mit sechs Personen. Die Küche ist einladend und es fehlt an nichts. Die Stube ist für Spieleabende perfekt. Wir sind mit der Bahn angereist und Alex hat uns sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend logistisch unterstützt. Danke & gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes, uriges Haus am Berg

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, der auch flexibel auf An- und Abreisewünsche eingegangen ist. Prima Ausstattung - es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist toll - einsam genug für Ruhe und doch nur 20 Gehminuten von Bad Gastein entfernt. Dieses Ferienhaus können wir 100% empfehlen!

Sehr netter Vermieter, altes Haus mit Flair! Wir haben uns zurück versetzt gefühlt in unsere Kindheit, die Wohnküche mit funktionierendem Holzherd! Sehr nettes uriges Häuschen. Einziges Manko, im Badezimmer ist es trotz Heizstrahler etwas frisch. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht. Zwei Holzöfen können angeheizt werden und dann ist es auch kuschelig warm im Raum.

Sehr angenehmer und unkomplizierter Skiurlaub

Herr Seidl hat uns mit dem Schneeberghaus einen unvergesslichen Urlaub garantieren können. Die Anreise war sehr unkompliziert, das Ferienhaus liegt genau an einer Skibushaltestelle zwischen Bad Gastein und Bad Hofgastein. Darüberhinaus was Herr Seidl sehr kolant, als es um die Stornierung eines Mitreisenden ging. Das Haus selbst hat alles zu bieten, was man in einem Skiurlaub braucht. Die drei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sind gut ausgestattet und gewährleisten einen erholsamen Schalf ;) Die Küche passt für eine Gruppengröße von acht Personen perfekt. Wenn man mit mehreren Personen anreist kann man problemlos in das größere Esszimmer wechseln. In der Küche steht eine Küchenhexe, die eine gemütliche und kuschelige Atmosphäre garantiert. Auch das Bad ist renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Sehr gefallen hat uns die Lage der Hütte. Man kann ohne Bedenken die Skier draußen stehen lassen und ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto bei der nächsten Einkaufsgelgenheit. Alles in allem hatten wir eine überausangenehme Woche, Herr Seidl war sehr zuvorkommend und darauf bedacht, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Wir überlegen schon jetzt nächstes Jahr wiederzukommen!

Gemütliche Hütte mit viel Charme!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Schneeberghaus. Das Haus ist- obwohl schon so alt- bestens ausgestattet. Es hat viele schöne Details. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und kümmern sich super. Der Blick ins Tal ist klasse!! Eine gute Adresse für einen gelungenen Skiurlaub.

Schönes Haus - schöner Urlaub!

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern Silvester und die erste Januarwoche 2016/17 im Schneeberghaus. Ein absolut gelungener und toller Urlaub. Das Schneeberghaus bietet wirklich alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht und besticht besonders durch seinen Charme. Lage und Blick sind phantastisch, wir haben uns alle rundum wohl gefühlt. Nicht zuletzt war die Betreuung durch die Vermieter einfach super. Danke, Michaela und Alexander!! Wer durchgestylte moderne Ferienwohungen bevorzugt, ist hier sicherlich falsch. Wer ein authentisches Haus in den Alpen sucht, liegt hundertprozentig richtig.

We are grown up here in the mountains, and are still living in the middle of the Salzburger Sportwelt Amade. We love the Alps with its wonderful nature and we enjoy to be outside with our golden retriever "Mona-Lisa". Alex is also enthusiastic about model plane flying, and he is eager to flying with guests at nearby hang gliding sites, and it is also possible to offer glider towing services on the model plane airfield nearby. Michaela has made her hobby to her profession and loves being Master in hairdressing. She has an eye for beauty, loves to be a gourmet of good food and drinks. She just enjoys the quietness of nature in the mountains of Gastein.
