Traumhaft

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, erholsamen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, bei der Ankunft standen frische Blumen auf dem Tisch, wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Sehr bequeme Betten und Kissen, genügend Stauraum und Ablageflächen, auch im Bad. Aber am schönsten ist natürlich der Ausblick auf Santa Agatha, ob beim Frühstück oder die spektakulären Sonnenuntergänge, das werden wir vermissen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, war von Anfang an sehr unkompliziert, super Anfahrtsbeschreibung, einfacher Check in. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Santa Agata: ein Ort zum Entspannen mit wunderschöner Lage

Unsere Ferienwohnung "Loggia" mit der großen Terasse haben wir sofort liebgewonnen. Der Blick hinunter zum Meer und hinüber zum benachbarten Ort Castagneto Carducci war einfach nur schön. Die Wohnung ist liebvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Kurzum: Ein Ort zum längeren Verweilen. Gerne mehr davon.

Casa e posizione molto belle

L'appartamento fa parte di un bel complesso ristrutturato per un totale di 5 appartamenti. È molto ampio con bella cucina (manca lavastoviglie) - soggiorno (da cui si può salire ad uno spazio che era un vecchio forno? adattato a stanza molto particolare ma scarsamente utilizzabile) più bella camera con letto matrimoniale e piccola camera con due letti singoli. Bagno spazioso e bello con ottima doccia unico neo manca il bidè. Tre postazioni esterne utilizzabili x pranzi e relax con bellissima loggetta vista bellissima su Castagneto Carducci a sx e sulla piano fino al mare. Manca tv ma noi utilizziamo le vacanze x disintossicarci dell'eccessiva visione degli altri periodi dell'anno. Buona ricezione dati mobili e wifi. Insomma posto molto bello un po'caro (forse un leggero abbassamento del prezzo sarebbe auspicabile) ma ci ha preso il cuore. Gentilissima all'occorrenza la proprietaria sig. Sandra sempre disponibile e attenta in loco l'impareggiabile Silva

Bella struttura, posizione magnifica

Posizione splendida da cui si vede sia il mare che il borgo di Castagneto Carducci. Vecchia struttura agricola ottimamente restaurata, con ampi e godibilissimi spazi esterni tenuti benissimo e tre tavoli d diverse dimensioni sui quali potevamo scegliere di fare i pranzi. Dotazione di due comodi lettini ed amaca. Interno molto ampio, locali spaziosi e funzionali, arredati con gusto. Bagno comodissimo e funzionale, unica pecca la mancanza del bidé da attribuirsi al fatto che la proprietaria è straniera e come è noto all'estero non è consuetudine disporne ma si può perdonare. Un po' difficoltoso il collegamento wifi e manca la tv ma questo per noi non è stato un problema. Abbondante dotazione di stoviglie e quant'altro utile per la casa. In sostanza un posto davvero bello, il cui affitto è caro ma congruo con la bellezza che lo caratterizza

Anwesen in wunderschöner Landschaft

Eingebettet in eine sanfte Hügellandschaft, umgeben von Olivenbäumen und Oleander - die Lage von Santa Agata ist einmalig. Von Terrasse und Loggia aus schweift der Blick über den gepflegten Garten des ehemaligen, geschmackvoll restaurierten Bauernhauses über die toskanische Landschaft bis zum Meer. An Sommerabenden ist das großzügige Anwesen in rötlich-goldenes Licht getaucht, die Sonnenuntergänge sind ein Schauspiel. Die "Loggia"-Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und gut ausgestattet; der schöne Außenbereich lädt bei sommerlichen Temperaturen zum langen Verweilen ein. Herzlich und hilfsbereit steht Verwalterin Silva bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Das malerische Dorf Castagneto Carducci ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen; 6 km entfernt liegt der Strand von Marina di Castagneto. Uns haben die naturbelassenen Strände auf dem Weg nach Donoratico am besten gefallen.
