The apartment house Clara (built in 2006) in Koserow is about 3 minutes walk from the beach and the pier. In the house there are 8 apartments. Each apartment has internet wifi. Centrally located in the house, a washer and dryer with coin counter for you. A confectionery and bakery with breakfast is about 5 minutes walk away. - Long term vacationers are also welcome in the months of November to March! We will gladly make you an offer with favorable special rates. - The island of Usedom and the nearby town of Wolgast await you with numerous recreational activities. You can rent bikes or boats, play mini-golf or tennis, go bowling, have a massage, ride in Trassenheide or play kitesurfing and surfing in Ückeritz. In Zinnowitz there is a swimming pool. You can also go jet skiing in Zinnowitz or go to the solarium. Who wants to play golf, is in good hands in Balm Achterwasser. Paragliders can z. Take off in Heringsdorf and bring kart racing fans in Peenemünde the tires to glow. For a quieter recreational activity, the climbing forest in Ückeritz / New Pudagla offers exciting trails through the treetops. A family petting zoo is located in Wolgast on the mainland. Some leisure activities are not open all year round, in some cases an advance reservation is necessary.

Netter Aufenthalt aber laut

Die Unterkunft an sich war total ok. Nur sind die umliegenden Wohnungen einfach zu hören. Am schlimmsten war tagsüber der Lärm vom Putzpersonal. Wenn jemand auf dem Parkplatz war oder der Terasse hört man einfach alles. Das war absolut nicht erholsam. Für Hunde ideal, obwohl es auf den Fotos den Anschein macht, dass man eine kleine private Terrasse hätte. In Wirklichkeit ist diese aber nicht eingezäunt und alle Mieter der oberen Wohunge rennen daran vorbei und glotzen in die Glas Eingangstür...
