The attractive 2-room apartment (50 m²) is located on the 2nd Floor (attic) of the Waldhaus residence, in a central but quiet location. The apartment is in the rear part of the building, facing the forest. From the balcony you have a wonderful view in and over the dune forest. You will find the parking space in the underground car park. The Baltic Sea is only a 2-minute walk away. The backwater, bakery, supermarket and various restaurants are within easy walking distance. The Waldhaus residence was built in the style of the Usedom spa architecture and offers all-round service (reception, bread service, etc.). In the other part of the building you will find a restaurant and café. The apartment is of high quality. You will find the kitchen in a separate room as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The living room was furnished with a sofa bed, sitting and dining area, cable TV, telephone. The bathroom / toilet was completely redecorated and modern in winter 2018/2019. Activities, leisure and culture: Summer and winter, the area offers you a variety of opportunities for excursions and sporting activities. These include: Swimming, splashing around and building castles in and on the Baltic Sea, sailing, surfing, cycling, hiking, horseback riding, golf, bowling and much more. Between Zempin and Koserow is a large section of the beach for nudists. You can fish, play tennis or ride a horse, or enjoy the 1900 hours of sunshine a year on the island of Usedom. An 18-hole golf course offers the opportunity to improve the handicap. There are discos and a casino for night owls. Visit a historic salt hut here in Zempin, treat yourself to a really first-class concert. Because Usedom has culture, e.g. B. play orchestras like the Berliner Philharmoniker and great jazz ensembles from Poland during the annual Usedom Music Weeks in September.

Location and arrival: At any time, the quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle and yet centrally and conveniently located place is pure relaxation. The UBB - Usedomer Bäderbahn - takes you directly via Wolgast– Züssow - Greifswald to Stralsund or via Heringsdorf Ahlbeck to Poland. From Züssow you can use the Deutsche Bundesbahn to go to ICE long-distance destinations. You can easily reach Zempin by car from all directions via the Autobahn - exit Gützkow towards Wolgast and continue on the B 111 directly to Zempin or B 110 Anklam - Usedom - Zempin, flight: Flugplatz Heringsdorf / Garz. Once you have arrived, you have space for your vehicle and peace of mind. You can conquer the island and its treasures with all possibilities according to your needs. No matter whether by bike, car, on foot, on the backwaters and at sea by ship, with the
