With private parking space n.75. Southwest exposure. 1st floor (no elevator), overlooking gardens and residences.
Living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, shower room, WC, glass-enclosed balcony.
Sleeps: 6 people max. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed. Living room: 1 double sofa bed.
Kitchenette: 4-burner ceramic hob, large refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto electric coffee maker. TV.
Bathroom: Shower room with shower and sink, separate toilet.
Residence with swimming pool, 200m from Richelieu Beach.
The pool is subject to authorization from the Syndic. It is normally open from mid-June to early September.
